Highly recommended 🦐

My daughter ordered shrimp from Shrimp Cove for my birthday. Shrimp Cove were amazing. They helped my daughter with everything.

The shrimp arrived on my birthday,despite 2 days prior being a bank Holiday,which we were so grateful for.

The shrimp were well packaged. I believe the shrimp didn't even noticed they were being posted as they were active and lovely colours- not stressed in the slightest.
Shrimp Cove added extra shrimp and lots of extras- even a cute shrimp birthday card! I was blown away.

The shrimp themselves were of excellent quality, the colours are lovely and the shrimp are very active. After acclimatising,they were placed in my fish tank. Within a few hours they were all out exploring. They are always out,never hiding away.
I couldn't get over the sizes of some either- proper chunky and huge!

When talking online with Shrimp Cove about my next order,they have patience and are really helpful.

Overall I would recommend Shrimp Cove, they have patience, great shipping and really good shrimp,plus their prices are so reasonable

Shrimply the best! Highly recommended

I've kept shrimp for years,but I've never ordered online before. As you can imagine I was slightly nervous,however Shrimp corner were helpful and extremely patient with my random questions and messages.
They even allowed me to add extra shrimps to my order,giving me a free shipping code.

The shrimps arrived on the date agreed. I was amazed at the care and attention that goes into shipping the shrimps.
The shrimps were happy,active and full of colour.They even had little nets in their bags. I also purchased snails which also had the same care and attention.

All shrimp were of good quality and size.

The snails were out and active within minutes of being introduced to the tank (after acclimatising).
Once I acclimatised I added the shrimps and within a few hours they were out and exploring.
The colours are vibrant and look amazing in my tank.

I was also given a few freebies,which is always appreciated.

I purchased on Friday 1st, but wanted to wait a few days to leave my review.

I would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

I have purchased a few items from Joma…

I have purchased a few items from Joma and have been pleased with the jewellery. I ordered 2 bracelets before Christmas as gifts,both bracelets took a while to come,but it down to Christmas post. When they did arrive they were beautiful. I have just ordered a necklace and bracelet in the sale. They arrived within 2 days and are stunning.

My only niggle is that if you are ordering multiple items,you have to pay extra for the packaging.

Disappointing delivery as products are good.

UPDATE ON 2nd JANUARY 2025.
I received my ordered today. Everything is correct however these were Christmas gifts,so I'm disappointed. Its a shame aa the products are good.

I am in the same boat as many others it seems. This is the 3rd order I have placed with TEV. This order was gifts for my 3 teenage children for Christmas.


My first 2 orders came quickly and out of the 6 bottles ordered 4 were as good as the original.

My current order was placed 10th December, with Express Shipping. I expected it to take a few days,despite having express shipping,the company still need time to package items etc.
I didn't think to check social media/trust pilot before hand. I contacted TEV a few times over the last 10 days, my order was unfulfilled,so I asked to cancel and have a refund,I was told that wasn't possible (despite my order not bring fulfilled?!). As it currently stands my order is fulfilled and I have a tracking number,which currently doesn't work!
Fingers crossed the 9 bottles arrive today for my Children for Christmas!
I'm not sure why TEV couldn't put a notice on their website stating that there was a delay or express delivery wasn't express. There is a notice about black Friday,but obviously that has passed.

The actual products are quite good I have ordered 81 twice! First time I wore it people were commenting how nice it was I followed TEV guide (5 sprays on points no rubbing).
61 is an Alien dupe,
smells good and lasts.
81 is Good Girl, I would I also recommend.
I don't recommended 444- Tom Ford Cherry? Initially the smell is there- a strong, very fake cherry smell, but it doesn't last, neither does the barat rouge dupe. I would also recommended the olympea dupe,it doesn't smell right at first but once it fades its perfect.

You may find that these fragrance are quite greasy/oily when sprayed onto your body,these seems to be the consistency of the perfume.

Shrewsbury Stores- Abbey Foregate and Meole Brace

Abbey Foregate
Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lady on the till (I will find out her name!) Who is so friendly and chatty,I feel like I'm catching up with a friend! A few weeks ago I was looking for a product and a gentleman who worked in the store went out of his way to help me,he was so polite and kind.

I was served by a teenager called Alfie. I was blown away at how chatty and friendly he was,alot of the time teenagers get shy etc but he chatted away and was so friendly. He definitely needs some recognition!

All in all friendly staff and good product ranges,shelves are always full!

No loyalty

I have been a customer of 3 for many years,my son's phone had come to the end of his contract. I contacted 3 about some deals I had seen on their website and was told they were for new customers only. What is the point in being a loyal customer and having multiple phone contracts with them? I have noticed the signal with 3 is absolutely shocking,however have stayed with them just for ease.

I dealt with an advisor today who was rude and obviously wasn't interested in helping. My sons contract has ended and I have joined Tesco instead who were helpful and cheaper! I will move all of us across,no point in staying with a company when it doesn't benefit you.

Disappointed at lack of communication & SLOW posting

UPDATE 3RD JANUARY 2025 STILL NO HOODY,IT IS SHOWING THAT IT WAS SHIPPED 28TH DECEMBER. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT.

UPDATE: It is now the 24th December,the hoody i ordered for my son for Christmas has still not arrived,despite being due by 26th December (obviously it won't be delivered 25th or 26th December). I would recommend avoiding this company. There is no communication despite them replying to reviews,they do not reply to emails or enquires. The date given for delivery is false. Will never use this company again.

Ordered at the start of December,as a Christmas gift. Have received 1 email stating I had placed an order. Delivery date is showing now as before 26th December. Hoody is still in the packing stage. I doubt I will receive before Christmas. I won't be using again.

Just to add after you have replied with a generated reply- I have emailed you,but had no response. It is funny how you reply quite promptly to a negative review,which others can read,but not to my email. I will happily review what I have written once I receive my order.

Highly recommend for Jellycat collectors!

Emma and her team are friendly and welcoming. The shop is an amazing mix of Charlie bears and Jellycats. A collector could spend hours here.

They will help as best they can.
Items are sent out in a prompt timeframe.

I have purchased multiple times from Emma and I frequently join her tiktok lives,where she spends time showing viewers various Jelly cats etc- nothing is ever too much.

I am always pleased with the Jellycats I received and the points system when you buy from her is a bonus!

Tracking info does not exist and order has not arrived!!

I recently order a lego set for my son for Christmas. I didn't realise that items are sent from 3rd parties. I purchase this item at the beginning of December.
The delivery date originally was before Christmas. I have received an email stating delivery is between 23rd-27th December. The tracking number DOES NOT WORK. I have now received a message stating that there is an issue with the carrier, but everything is fine and to contact the seller, which I have ,but no response.
Customer service is severely lacking.
I would not recommend nor would I use again. Disappointed as this is a much wanted gift.
I will update once/ if I receive the item.

I used to purchase from Argos all the time, but unfortunately I will no longer shop there. I went into a store today to collect an item. Queued for at least 10 minutes to be told my item wasn't there and to come back later. Returned later,after queuing again for 15minutes, i was still unable to pick up my item as I only had ID not card I paid with.

Items were received in a timely manner,however it did take time for an issue with my damaged order to be resolved. I am still awaiting my refund.

I have used Myhermes for years but…

I have used Myhermes for years but recently they have become very poor. They have misplaced several of my parcels, taken longer to deliver and quite frankly provided poor service. There is a phone number but it is just an automated voice telling you to Email or use live chat. Will no longer be giving them my business.
