Delivery tracking was confusing. It showed the package as delivered when it had only reached the warehouse, and the final delivery had to be coordinated manually. Since the package weighed nearly 100 kg, there should be an option to pay extra for help carrying it inside the house.

The store itself is reliable—you do receive what you pay for. However, the massage chair is average at best. The touchscreen interface feels low quality for a product costing around 30,000 NOK. The massage coverage is limited; it doesn’t properly reach the under-thigh or neck areas and doesn’t handle the bone structure well. The advertised “body scan” feature also feels gimmicky and doesn’t truly adapt to the body.

Overall: about 3/5 stars for product but extra star for shops reliability. The store is dependable, but the product quality could be better for the price.

Best quality product and fast delivery time

Items are shipped from outside norway and there are additional customs charges. Poor customer service setup, I have sent many emails but every time a standard response but not discussing the asked question.

Formating the copy pasted text is painful else it is a very good site to make digital contracts hassle free.

Preferred to have the contract in English but there not an option or i was unaware of it.
