Bought an item for my daughter’s birthday and paid more for fast delivery. Was informed on the day of delivery my order had been cancelled as they were unable to fulfil my order. If they were unable to complete the order they should not be advertising they can on their web page. I am now without the item and it is too late to order elsewhere.
Print arrived bent with creases all over. Contacted their customer services and still no reply one month later.

Ordered a wreath from this company. Received no information on when it might be delivered. Was bombarded with spam emails from them and then after a week the order was cancelled with no explanation or apology. Do not use this company if you actually want something for Christmas! Would not recommend.
Poor quality images printed for my photo book. All iPhone pictures uploaded straight to website and company claim it’s the quality of my pictures rather than their printers. All photo books done with snapfish in the past have been fine with iPhone photos. Should be offered a refund rather than a credit for another book.

Ordered and paid for an item that was due before Christmas and then received an email saying 'they were unable to fulfil my order', i.e. they didn't have it in stock and failed to mention it on their website. The cancelled order then meant it was too late to re-order the item in time for Christmas.
