The tree arrived well packed but with a poor root mass and bone-dry. I plant trees as part of my job and know that the roots are key to a quick and healthy tree growth. This one is going to struggle to get going.

Use a rootdip, rootball, provide root structure with fibrous roots, not just (dry) woody shoots.

Free valve change not carried out, argued against this despite leaking valves. Did not balance one wheel, juddering drive, argued against fixing. Steering wheel not set level after alignment. Will get the work corrected by Kwikfit, good customer support, and send these bods the bill. Its worth paying a bit more to get good service

I had to cancel my insurance with these. After less than one day of cover I was charged £25 in addition to £55 cancellation charge, even though I did not even get to the confirmation of cover stage, via a telephine call that was not actioned.

I will never use these money grabbers again. Note that they charge twice as much for any amendments as other companies, so check this against those few pounds extra other companies might charge.

Hermes destroyed a parcel I sent in their depot, and refused compensation. I don't ever want anything to do with them again. Bad customer care, and not the first time.
