I had an email to say flowers had been delivered, although the person hadn’t received them. This was about mid-morning. When we enquired from the person about them in the afternoon (this of course ruined the surprise) she found that the next door neighbour had taken them in. The florist said she didn’t get an answer when she knocked. What the florist didn’t do was to ring the doorbell!!!

Brilliant company. So pleased with their customer service, communication excellent. Keen prices. Well packaged and fast delivery. Can’t praise them enough.

Spoke to them about delivery and the woman wasn’t helpful at all. Quite an aggressive manner. The Megabag wasn’t as big as I imagined so not worth the money.
