Poor delivery. Sorted after 4 days …

Your system said delivery to address was attempted but we were both home & NOONE rang bell of knocked. So I diverted it to InPost. I was informed it had been delivered but had no QR code. After about 3hrs of trying chatline to find out what had happened I was eventually given a tel number. The girl was very helpgul but said the system wouldnt scan it into parcel box. She said it would take at least 24 hrs to resolve. 48 hrs later it was delivered to InPost and I collected today. Im not impressed with my first experience of YODEL. .

At a cross road.

Service is good as is communication. However my weight loss is plateaued and i should go up a dose but cant afford it so am probably not going to continue on this programme v

Early days.

Ordering and delivery is efficient but only seeing minimal benefit in weight loss despite reducing calorie intake. Used 2.5 for 2 months with minimal effect so have just moved up to 5. 🤞

Professional, prompt and friendly.

The technician was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything he was going to do and took photos before and after. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is more my fault than his. He advised not to touch for 24 hrs which was not a problem. But we were away for 5 days and there was a residue on the surface that I should have asked how to remove. I tried gently using DFS cleaner and cream provided. I also tried warm soapy water but it is still sticky. I rang guardsman and was advised I could repeat a little more vigorously & if not resolved, I should send in another report with photos. (Of course, stickiness wont show). I have repeated with some effect but not same feel as rest of sofa. I will repeat again. But I should have asked him before he left.

Telephone update of personal details

I wanted to update details and wasn’t sure about one of them so chose to telephone. My call was answered fairly quickly and the person I spoke to was polite and helpful. She was obviously following an algorithm and completed my changes for me but it took about 20 mins because it send her in circles through the same questions to both me and my husband several times. Then she transferred me to an automated payment system which didn’t work, so she transferred me to a payment department, but the call went to NHS111. I had to ring off. But she rang me back because she had seen the call finished and eventually we completed. Good job I wasn’t in a hurry.
