All good initially but trying to set up banking app on a 2nd or 3rd device just won't work. No matter what info I put in it just says my info is wrong and won't let me set up App on another device . Ive done it with all my other accounts no problem but Revolut just can't seem to handle other devices for same account
Was going to open bank account as my Barclays branch has closed , but Zempler charge £4 to deposit at post office , which Is shocking. I have a credit card with them , I've just made my first repayment in full but it doesn't show that I've paid on the app , my balance hasn't changed although it shows the payment. I'm not impressed

I've bought about 7 from here , all either ' Excellent or Pristine ' condition and all phones have been like new. A little on the expensive side at times , its hard to find even a 3 year old phone on their site that's in great condition for less than £300+ but the quality is high. I would highly recommend.
Whoever designed this app should be sacked. Spent a whole day trying to connect with my s7 watch and s health app. DOESN'T WORK. Absolutely useless app

Had a card with them for some time , all paid on time etc.. Out of the blue they told me I was pre approved a loan and recommended an amount to apply for which i did. I assumed this was a formality based on my record with them. I then had text messages asking me for taxation details another one asking me to allow them access to my second bank account, emails asking me for further personal details , the app then told me my loan was accepted, followed by more requests from different employees by email or text asking me for conflicting information. I granted them access to my bank accounts only for them to say they had access to only one of them, then I had a message saying they had access to 3 ( i only have 2 ) They had no intention of offering me a loan it was just an exercise in harvesting personal information in my opinion. Ive lodged a complaint but they've said it will take 8 weeks to resolve ( no doubt nothing will happen) Very misleading and duplicitous behaviour regarding the wording of the original loan ' offer ,' The pre approved sham is clearly designed for you to allow them access to accounts.. Unprofessional is the minimum way I would describe their behaviour. Needless to say customer service response has been the usual cut and paste ' We are sorry you feel that way ' type of answers. People like me have used them in order to work hard to build up a good credit rating ( mine is very good now,) hence why I assumed their fake loan offer was genuine.

Absolutely useless. Purchased for £48 before going overseas . First of all some sites I wanted to use wouldn't allow access with a VPN, secondly this service kept disconnecting . I used it for 2 days and uninstalled it. Absolute waste of money. I've asked three times now for a full refund. Still awaiting a reply. See their reply below, ive contacted them at the email address they provided regarding a full refund and I still haven't had a reply. No surprise I guess . Pps , As of 14/10/2025 these scammers still haven't replied to my refund request which was sent to the address they gave below .

Paid extra for prompt delivery. Tracker says it will be delivered this morning but im working, there is no option to leave in safe place or a neighbour. Post Office doesn't do these options but this isn't made clear at the point of purchase. It'll be next week now before I get my purchase and I'll probably have to trek to the delivery office. Ps. Returned home from work and they've left a note to say they called. The package will be out again for delivery Monday ( im out at work ) on TUESDAY I will have to go to the delivery office after work in the hope that it's been returned there. So let's sum this up , I oaid extra in order for this to arrive SATURDAY and now if im lucky and im able to get to the delivery office ( which is open limited hours ) I MIGHT get my package on TUESDAY . You are selling a fraudulent service charging people extra for this as it never stated that I would have TO BE IN. Appalling service PS , its now Monday , I'm at work , I've had a message that Post Office have tried to deliver again but because there are no options to leave with a neighbour or somewhere safe , guess what? My parcel stays on the merry go round and I can't receive it. The best Pharmica can do is message Trust pilot claiming this is a fraudulent review and ask them to take it down in 3 days. Post Office ref AS 422884264GB Absolutely despicable people . DO NOT USE 😩😡 Pps , re your reply I tried twice to contact you on the number and could not get through. If you want to resolve this then give me a full refund for all the inconvenience. I ended up having to make 2 trips after work to the delivery office before finally receiving my parcel.

Having reviewed your order, I can confirm it was dispatched promptly on 25th July using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery by 1pm service. This, as you note, is a fully tracked and signature-required service. While delivery attempts were made on both 26th and 28th July, Royal Mail’s requirements meant they could not leave the parcel without a signature. We recognise that this may not have been clear enough during the checkout process, and we’re reviewing how we can improve this communication going forward.
For future reference, we also offer a Local Collect option at checkout, which allows you to choose a convenient Post Office for delivery; avoiding the need to be home during delivery hours.

Ordered S23 ultra in Lime Green, in excellent condition. Phone arrived promptly with DPD offering options If the customer is not going to be in ( on the tracker ). Phone looks brand new. Lime Green actually looks fab colour. Set the phone up and everything looks A1. I've bought several from 4gadgets, would recommend.
Order 98473 My 6th purchase from you. Excellent phones but your delivery method is absolutely hopeless. I've gone on my Royal Mail tracker and my phone will be delivered tomorrow when ( of course) i will be at work. THERE IS NO OPTION TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR, so as is always the case I have to play ' chase the parcel ' with the Post Office delivery centre by heading there at tea time and hoping the item has been returned undelivered. The Big Phone Store clearly think their customers are all unemployed or retired ,Why else would you use a carrier that gives ZERO delivery options if the client is not going to be in. It really is unacceptable. I've complained about this before and just recieved a ' We are sorry you feel this way ' type of answer. Ps , the answer you've given isn't helpful as those methods still slow the process down . I received a different item via Royal Mail the previous day and was able to option ' leave with a neighbour ' so it must be yourselves that are choosing to not make that option available. I stand 100% by my comments.

I left due to the decline of this place since Sports Direct / Everlast took over. Used to be a fabulous place when it was DW. Now a dirty place full of kids , run by kids , all the proper gym enthusiasts have left , the staff used to be excellent now kids reading their phones. It's almost like it's been run down on purpose. So sad.
Bought several phones from 4gadgets over the last few years, all phones have been of excellent quality. I've only ever bought ' Excellent or Pristine ' Grade and all have looked ' as new ' upon arrival. Delivery was excellent, the tracker forecast the delivery time almost exactly correct and there's an option to leave with neighbour or safe place if out. Phone is Lime Green S23 plus , it's very smart and from initial usage seems like a brand new phone. Excellent company to deal with , will be highly likely to purchase from them again at some point as it's cost effective across the family to buy these phones rather than have expensive monthly contracts. The phones I've bought from here have all lasted well and I would recommend this company to anyone hesitant about buying a quality reconditioned phone rather than getting stuck in lengthy expensive contracts just to have ' the latest model '. From experience of having owned or used most of the Samsung ' S' series phones I'd say there isn't much difference from model to model so buying one that's 2 or 3 years old from it's inception hardly means you're missing out on much different to the ' latest model ' . 4 gadgets are very reputable 👍

I'm sick of your delivery method (Post Office) who don't cater for working people. Needed phone arriving today , delivery tracker said 12.15 - 3pm rushed home from work at 12.15 card through letter box saying they'd called at 11.30 ! They'll try again tomorrow, so I've got to mess my day around again tomorrow to cope with the Post Office crap delivery system. You've been told this before but continue to use them , order 94402 ( update I managed to track the phone down in the late afternoon as i took a chance that it had been returned at the main delivery centre ) but this shouldn't have to happen ! The phone S24 plus Is Pristine as described, looks fab as I would expect for the price. Please reconsider your delivery method to a proper courier who can give delivery options, you aren't selling a £10 shirt , you're selling phones costing hundreds of pounds , so a more professional delivery method would be appropriate 🤔

Nudient just had my review taken down as they didn't like it. I can't provide my order number as i delete many old emails, but on 13/5/2025 I spent £30 on 3 x cases for s21 plus phone you now send me marketing emails almost every day . So yes my order / review is genuine and not FAKE as you have told trust pilot. Your cases arrives in an insane amount of cardboard packing , they look nice on the phone , very thin , you hardly notice there is a case on. They feel premium. BUT , try getting the bloody thing off ! You either end up switching your phone off or snapping the case in half , they fit so tight . Also they make it virtually impossible to use the buttons on the phone whilst they are on. Taking a screenshot is impossible. They phones side buttons are very hard to press when the case is on , which makes the case useless. Shame because they look so nice but they are actually a truely terrible design. GENUINE REVIEW , i bought a black , dark red and grey one. 3 in total. They are useless.
Second time I've bought something from here and again the item which cost around £40 is a cheap dud. Put on charge but doesn't work. Looks like it cost £1 to manufacture. First time it happened I didn't bother pursuing a refund but will do this time Utter crap being sold for expensive amounts UPDATE. I did get a refund , Thank you

I am sorry to hear that you have had a couple of products become faulty.
I can see that we have already been in direct contact regarding this, and I am awaiting a response to my latest email in order to get this rectified.
200 quid for a phone described as excellent. Old phone with scratches turned up and it was wrong colour wrong model. Back market are the handler for individual sellers, zero chance of a refund. Customer service are pathetic.
Utter scammers Paid £199 for an ' excellent ' phone. Recieved old broken one Sent it back , they say not received. Customer service act like they are your mates but very unprofessional. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Paid £200 for a phone , they sent me an old damaged phone that wasn't worth a fraction of the price. Email support acts friendly but offers no help. No return packaging sent , just a pdf label. When I returned the item they say they haven't received it , 10 days later. They are theives. They know exactly what they are doing. DO NOT RISK * dealing with these fraudsters, you are not dealing with a shop or a business , it's a network site for individuals to sell stuff and they take a commission and no responsibility .
