Easiest way I’ve ever sold a car. Took some photos added some details and spoke to a rep to confirm everything. 24 hours later my car had sold and lived up two days later. It’s as easy as you make it, be honest and add as much details as possible and you can’t go wrong. Money was in my account before the car left the drive.

I was lucky enough to be allocated Ashley Cross for my install. Ashley called me prior to attending and my installation was always going to be abit of a mission. However Ashley made the neatest job of it and it looks so much neater than I thought it would. Thank you Ashley

There was no update on my order being dispatched I just had to hope they turned up on the day I had selected. I had to pay for a date I’d selected. I’d use BOX again if I had too but it would have to be a pretty big discount off what I wanted.

Recorded a fault with our candy washing machine and they attended pretty quick to assess. Polite guy came round and ordered a new part which h was fitted a few weeks later. Kept up to date with the repair and when it would be repaired. Impressed all round, thank you

Used this company twice through our insurance so far and we’ve been lucky enough to have Dion Mccaffer come out on both occasions. Really nice guy who knew his stuff. Sorted out wasp nests out quickly, would definitely recommend this company and would use again.

I was owed a refund, they kept sending me a cut & paste email reply saying it would be paid on a certain date but never was. Months later I was one day away from starting proceedings with small claims court but they refunded me in time. If your owed money I’d suggest taking the matter to the small claims court for £25 online. You can claim 8% interest and hopefully any monies owed. You dint have to go to court. Don’t be put off it’s a simple service and people shouldn't be left out of pocket due to a poor service from this company. I would never use them again or recommend them, but each to their own!!

Found Avro really easy to use and at a great price. Easy method to enter my readings once a month and their rate is fantastic. Currently on my second year as no better alternative.

Really fast service, really impressed with the end product

I used Superprof as I was looking for a tutor near me. Found one and paid the £20 fee to obtain their contact details. I was then continually charged for a membership I’d apparently signed up for (I didn’t)!!!!! They refused to give me my money back despite only ever using the site once. Emailed them and got a snotty unhelpful reply. I would not use this site if I was looking for a tutor again, there are plenty of other companies out there. I’d suggest avoiding this site.

Used the Redditch branch a few times over the years, mainly for tyres and found them excellent. It’s a busy garage which says a lot.

Ordered three tyres which were delivered from Germany within 5 days. Great communication and delivery was tracked, I was given a two hour window. I’d certainly use giga tyres again and would recommend them. My local garage charged me £10 a tyre to fit them which was still a lot cheaper than if I’d bought them fitted anywhere locally or online.

This has been a great card for my 15 year old son. However I paid £15 for the card for the year last year. This has is now moving to £2.49 a month so £29.88 a year so the fees have gone up 100%. There are other cards which offer a better subscription so I’ll be moving else where when my subscription is due to move to the monthly subscription.

I’ve used suntransfers every year for the last 3 years and they are excellent. This week I used them in the algarve for 2 adults and 2 children for airport- hotel transfers and a return. I booked a premium van transfer and the vehicles that turned up were new and clean with the correct child seats. The drivers on both transfers were very friendly and very helpful.
Last year my flight was delayed 4 hours for our outbound flight however the driver was still there to meet us late at night.
The customer service is quick and easy to talk to if you have any problems. I would definitely use them for a fourth year
