I’m very disappointed with my new…

I’m very disappointed with my new Waterpik advanced cordless. It seems to not have much force when flossing teeth, even after being fully charged My previous Waterpik lasted 6 years and was brilliant, sadly stopped working , so thought I would upgrade to higher spec model. On the plus side it is a lot quieter and the extra heads are a bonus, still preferred my old basic one.

The lamp was different colour to image…

The lamp was different colour to image on website, to return I had to pay £74.00 ridiculous, not giving option to return myself at a cheaper rate. Feel ripped off.

Excellent Palliative care - from Caring, genuine vets

Our beautiful boy had to cross the rainbow bridge last week. I can honestly say that Jo and his assistant were so kind, compassionate and caring to the very end . Bo was treated with love and care and I can't thank them enough for their support during this sad and difficult time.

Prawns arrived green and rancid

Prawns arrived green and rancid. Been frozen in Vietnam June 2022 delivered May 2023!. Aubergine had white fur mould on stalk, salad limp. Not fresh produce. Contacted customer service twice to no avail.

I wish I had read reviews before . Purchased a bed side table and small rug. Paid £90 for delivery as told they had to be delivered separately. Came in same box! No packaging, all legs broken on bedside. Advised by customer services not their problem, not responsible, see terms and conditions. I spent over£400 totally ripped off, how do they get away with it — of yes see terms & conditions ….

Reserved an Audi A1on line paid £49. Told next day car didn’t exist, apparently there was an “error” on system. 10 days later still waiting refund .

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Received defective rug, returned within 14 days, seller refusing to issue a refund . They are not complying with ~Law. No one gets back to you . Very disappointed. Thought I would support local business, never again

Thank you for your review.

I have looked into this for you, I can see that we haven't refused a refund. Following our supplier collecting your rug from you, we have emailed you to confirm that it is currently awaiting Quality Control in order for us to instuct the refund which has been advised that this will take place next week.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with this service however, we do have to follow our suppliers processes along with our own.

Misleading information

Ordered parasol advised 5 in stock contact for delivery within 4 days. After 7 days nothing rang them advised it would be out within a week. One week later nothing , rang them again said they would call back in 2 days, nothing. Rang again not in stock. What a waste of my time can only hope they refund quickly …

Would award -⭐️Disgraceful

Would award -⭐️If I could . Ipswich centre diabolical customer service Collected brand new Fiat 500 paid for mats etc for 17 year old Daughter. Car set on fire as packing materials not removed from underneath vehicle. Then they had the audacity to blame us, and informed us too busy to help us, then said salesman away next day. Car towed back to them after an hour and they won’t even refund for mats I purchased £56 . No one has contact us from Glyn Hopkins to apologise . AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
