We (that is myself and my friend) visited the Cricket-hockey shop in Salisbury on 17th Feb 2026. We drove from Midlands, which is 2hrs 30mins journey. I must say it was worth the journey.

Firstly, I emailed them what time we will be there and which hockey sticks we would like to try out. I think the lady name was Leanne, I do sincerely apologize if I have spelt it wrong.

Leanne provided all the sticks which was on my list to try out and even took the initiative to go into the store, if the sticks were not in display. It was an excellent service provided and the depth of knowledge shared about the materials, type of bows and hook shape, very grateful for that.

The staff just let us take our time with the hockey sticks to try out and each time they came around to make sure any other assistance was needed. We spend 2hours trying out the sticks.
I have visited other hockey shops to try out the sticks and felt like I was under very close surveillance and rushed to buy the stick, very uneasy feeling. The level of service at Cricket hockey shop was totally different, friendly and relaxed.

We bought Y1 and Ritual Sticks and if I need any new hockey equipment, I'll definitely use Cricket-hockey.com and if needed to try out a stick, I would not mind commuting there again.
