where is my parcel?

where is my parcel?? It says on the website that it was delivered yesterday, the 7th, at 12:58, impossible, I never received

I didn't receive my order, because I misplaced the number on the door, but I don't think your brand had any interest or proactiveness in resolving the problem!

Dear Andre,

We regret that while we will do everything we can to meet timed delivery requests, we cannot guarantee these requests due to the method of delivery chosen.

Having said that, we are glad the flowers were safely received on the requested date, although not as early as anticipated, and were lovely.

Our sincerest apologies for any disappointment.
