Delivery guys very professional, worked quickly and efficiently. They gave me plenty of heads up about their ETA, I was very well informed. Old fridge freezer was gone within minutes, new was resisting a bit more, but they got it in anyway. Great job!

I really suspected scam and decided to do the leap of faith as I really like the wardrobe. Throughout whole process it looked scammy as hell- the payment was collected by 'scandinavian home" not "wardrobe stores" and the tracking- the most scammy tracking website I've ever seen - was of "kids avenue ". But it did arrive! It took about 2 weeks, wardrobe is not the best quality and elements are not marked which makes assembly a guessing game, but it did arrive and that's more than I expected!

I've been successfully using online banking for years now and I don't think I'm a moron. But for last three attempt to do three different bank transfers, I failed THREE times!
First time I tried to pay a bill- input company's sort code and account number, but nope! I needed to use look up option! There was no company under the right name, contacted live chat, after painfully 30 min the staff found the company and bank transfer was made.
Second, I tried to transfer money to my hairdresser. Input bank account, sort code, but nope! input details. I input details but NOPE! again, 'that doesn't seem right, check detail again'. I've tried for AN HOUR and ended up asking my husband to make the transfer from his account.
Third and final. Today. Trying to pay bill again. Learned from previous experience, used look up option, put the amount, but surprise! A new confirming system which reminds me more hacking than doing the money transfer! Press green button, put the pin, press yellow button, put last 4 digits of your reference, put amount without dot between pounds and pence, press yellow button. Put generated code in the transfer site. Followed step by step, but NOPE NOPE NOPE! 'You have made too many incorrect attempts and this function has been temporarily locked. Please try again later' on my first attempt! Tried twice few minutes apart, both times failed. Live chat again, lady says in unblocks automatically after 5-6 min. offers to lead me step by step, but all she does is copy-paste same instructions I was already following. But then she asks what reference I used so I give her my reference number which is my membership number. No, it turns out when they write 'reference' they mean 'bank account number'. They could write 'bank account number' then, but at least we are getting somewhere! I try again 6 min later NOPE! 'incorrect number. try again'. Trying again NOPE NOPE NOPE! 'incorrect number. you have limited numbers of try' (Am I blind or stupid? how many times can i input 6 digits incorrectly?) Lady on live chat asks for one more try after 10 min break. The bank is literally driving me insane, but one more try as lady is trying her best. We wait ten min, I do the hacking again, then... NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE! 'You have made too many incorrect attempts and this function has been temporarily locked. Please try again later.'
That's it, I'm changing the bank whenever I can. No point of having an account where I cannot do even a stupid bank transfer!
