My delivery from Bikeinn Germany was…
My delivery from Bikeinn Germany was addressed Wrongly. Fastway tried to delivery it to a shop/Depot in Killpedder that has been closed for over eight months.
I informed both Fastways and Bikeinn of the error and was told by Email that it would be redirected to me with 2-3 days.
I checked again after 4 days and was informed by Bikeinn that its been returned to them in Germany. They will refund me once it arrives.
I have two customers that have now been very badly let down.
