I ordered this cake for my grandchildren’s birthday party. It went down a treat and was enjoyed by all! They are both football fanatics, so the cake design was apt.
What was convenient, and I wasn’t aware prior to this order, was instead of paying the exorbitant home delivery charge, as a cheaper alternative, was to have the cake delivered to a fridge locker, at a specific location where my daughter was able to pick-up on her chosen date and time.

I placed a small order of assortments, which I’m happy with, however, within my order is 2 packs of middle bacon, which I consider versatile. The middle back provides both streaky and back in one slice when cut through the middle. Unfortunately, one of the packs has little fat compared to the other I received. I’m a bit disappointed as I purposely purchase these packs, because they have the rind on with a sufficient amount of fat with the rind. It makes for a very tasty bacon when grilled. The photos in online and in DukesHill mag shows the cooked bacon with crispy fat with rind (my favourite part). Sadly, I won’t have it with one pack, not sure why, hence the one star discount?

I bought a garland for my mantlepiece from WeRChristmas and was absolutely delighted with my purchase. The garland I used in previous years was a cheaper version having bought from an online marketplace and had become a little tatty, however, with my recent purchase it was far more superior with an auto in and off, so no need for me to remember to turn on! The overall quality of the garland was great and I look forward to displaying again for this coming Christmas. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate from buying from WeRChristmas again!

I often use Funky Pigeon to send cards to family and friends. I find them reliable for ensuring the posted card arrives in good time, far more reliable than if I posted myself. Clearly, Funky Pigeon has an arrangement with the Royal Mail. They provide an array of card designs and I’ve been able to personalise cards which provides an extra special touch for the recipient.

Whilst I was content with the items I ordered online, I’m frustrated that I was unable to use all of my points as a part payment, together with the difference paid by credit card. I even tried purchasing items by going into Boots chemist, and the same ridiculous ruling was told me, that being, I would have to spend the exact amount accumulated as points on my Boots Advantage card in its entirety. The amount I had accumulated in points was £8.43, how an earth can I comfortably purchase to the exact pence? It’s a nonsense as well as stupid!

This was my first purchase with Bedding Envy and I was extremely delighted with my purchase. I bought the 800 TC bedding set and the quality is great and the sage colour too. I was so impressed, I ordered a second bedding set, taking advantage of the discounted price. I would definitely recommend Bedding Envy.

I would like to convey my thanks to Lodu, who dealt with my call. It was a fraught situation, as my elderly mother became unwell and was home alone, as my father had been admitted into hospital. Lodu, was very understanding and extremely helpful, appreciating the urgency and processed my call for help. I’d like to add he was just so very kind with his words and calming, which made me feel better. Needless to say, an engineer came out quite quickly to sort out the locks.

This was my first time ordering from Lola’s, albeit I have bought cupcakes from their outlets based in tube stations. My experience was a great one, with delivery, the cake itself was wonderful and the packaging the cake was delivered in. In addition to the birthday cake, I bought for my twin grandchildren, I also treated myself to a box of cupcakes, which were delightful! I have no hesitation buying again from Lola’s and will do again in the summer for my birthday and my adult children.

I’m familiar with my DPD delivery man, as he usually delivers to my address. He’s always very pleasant and friendly and it’s nice to have the continuity of seeing the same delivery man each time. Delivery is usually swift and timely with pleasantries exchange.

I’ve just placed my order online which was easy to do. I’m particularly pleased with the 2 memory foam pillows thrown in for free with the additional discount.

The items were exactly as expected, although the toilet roll storage holder seemed shorter compared to the photo online, however, it holds the toilet rolls well and the maximum of 3, as seen online.
I'm pleased with the toilet roll holder and toilet brush holder, all in real wood, as it complements the other wooden furniture in my bathroom.

Ellie Saab perfume was the best price online through a reputable supplier, House of Fraser, as I avoid the cheaper websites, as experience has shown me that these are often unauthentic with weakened scents. I was very pleased with the prompt delivery, as from placing the order, I seemed to receive within a couple of days!

Your driver made a delivery from Costco and one of large contents was completely ruined. The liquid laundry soap had completely leaked out into the box and fortunately, it was placed in a heavy duty plastic bag, but regardless, the majority of the contents leaked out into the plastic bag, making it un-useable! Your drivers need to take care, as they are heavy handed with the handling of the parcels and boxes, as chucking them down the wrong way up and not observing the label on the box that states to handle with care and place the right way up. With this particular driver, who has delivered several times to me before, previously, having opened my gate to walk to my door, and then on leaving he has left my gate wide open and I have had him knock on my glass door heavily, when I have a bell! I have pointed this out to him, but if he could kindly show some care when delivering and observe where my bell is (which is at the side wall by my door and can be seen if he chooses to look) and close my gate after him, as leaving it open, allows debris and leaves to blow into my front garden and pathway.

I had never heard of or used Bidvine before. I stumbled on them when doing searches for a cleaner. I found a really excellent cleaner using their website, so wouldn’t hesitate in using them again when seeking other tradespeople.

The information on the website was very helpful & informative, specifically the measurements, diagram and reviews with responses. However, there was one statement that I found confusing, which was, an enquiry was made about the height of headboard. The response stated the headboard included the struts, but when I viewed the diagram, the arrow marking referenced the measurement just for the headboard alone and did not include the struts!

My daughter ordered a coat a day or two before it went down in the Black Friday sale. I contacted Manière de Voir on her behalf and made a case for the difference to be honoured, especially as the order hadn’t been despatched. I was pleased with their swift response by calling me at my request to discuss and without any major quibble, they agreed to pay the difference. Their customer service is prompt and better than most and as a consequence I would happily recommend them, as well as shop with them again.
