Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profunda inconformidad con la situación que he experimentado con respecto al curso al cual me inscribí semanas antes de su inicio. A pesar de contar con un certificado médico que acredita la necesidad de someterme a una operación, no solo se me ha negado la cancelación de la matrícula, sino que además se me exige el pago correspondiente. Esto representa un total desprecio por mis circunstancias y un abuso inaceptable.
Solicito, por tanto, una solución inmediata y la devolución del importe pagado.

Recientemente, tuve una experiencia extremadamente negativa con CEAC. Tras enviar varios correos electrónicos y presentar un certificado médico que confirmaba la necesidad de una cirugía, solicité la cancelación del curso y el reembolso de la matrícula. Para mi sorpresa, CEAC se negó a atender mi solicitud, demostrando un total desprecio por mi salud y dignidad.
Esta actitud por parte de la empresa es inaceptable y revela una falta de consideración hacia el bienestar de sus clientes. Es fundamental que CEAC revise sus prácticas y respete los derechos de los alumnos.
Recomiendo precaución a quienes consideren inscribirse en esta compañía.

Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria. Sin embargo, lo que nos trasladas no refleja nuestra ética ni nuestra forma de actuar con el alumnado.
En CEAC seguimos procedimientos claros y establecidos para la gestión de matrículas, y toda la información relevante queda reflejada en el documento de inscripción, disponible para cada alumno y alumna desde el inicio del proceso.
Si bien nuestra responsabilidad es actuar conforme a los acuerdos legales establecidos, analizamos cada caso de forma personalizada, ofreciendo soluciones dentro del marco de nuestras políticas y compromisos, con el objetivo de atender las inquietudes y necesidades de nuestros alumnos y alumnas de la mejor manera posible.
La satisfacción del alumnado y un trato cercano y personalizado son prioridades para nosotros, ya que consideramos que son clave en el logro de sus objetivos formativos.
