2 years of frustration and counting…

I hired flightright company hoping for a straightforward resolution, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After more than two years, they failed to resolve my claim and provided no clear updates or transparency throughout the process. Communication was vague, responses were slow or nonexistent, and I often had to chase them for information. In the end, no progress was made, and I felt left in the dark the entire time. After a terrible travel experience, flightright is making it worse. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Ninguém sabe me informar onde está a minha compra

Efetuei uma compra on-line no dia 26 de Novembro, com prazo de entrega máximo de 12 dias. Até agora não recebi e apesar de dois contatos telefônicos eles ainda não sabem informar onde se encontra o meu pedido. Nem mesmo qual é o número localizador... e ainda pediram 72 horas somente para achar o localizador. Péssimo serviço.

Appalling service!

Appalling service. I have purchased a mattress on 30th may and haven’t received it yet, which should’ve happened within 5 days. I’ve sent 3 emails, which I have no answer. I also have called the customer service on a daily basis, for the last 5 days, but nobody answers it.
If I haven’t received the duvet set that I bought at the same time, I’d think it was a scam.
