I ordered a bottle of vodka in mid December in anticipation of Christmas. I wanted a specific item so was frustrated to have to pay an inflated retail price with a £25 delivery charge. I finally received my delivery on January 4th and was disappointed once again to find the wrong item had been delivered.
Communication from the aftercare team was inconsistent and poor.
I was eventually contacted and given a choice of replacing the incorrect item or a measly discount off a new order. I chose to receive the item I had originally ordered. Despite numerous attempts on my behalf to get a confirmed delivery date. I was contacted a week later to say I was being refunded without any consultation.
I struggle to find anything positive to write about Spirits24 and would advise everyone to avoid using them

Placed my order to ensure I had plenty of liquid over the Xmas period. All of my items were correctly delivered.
There was a minor delay in receiving the goods but that was due to Royal Mail industrial action.
Really happy to have received my order in full pre Xmas.

Really happy with the product and service from Gourmet eLiquid. I’ve placed numerous orders and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend ordering through Gourmet eLiquid.

Purchased a Canvas print as a gift for Father’s Day.
I had to contact the service team as the item delivered was not what I was expecting. To be fair, this may have been my fault when ordering but the Service team were able to get a new print made and sent out before Father’s Day.
We are all delighted with the quality of the finished product and will definitely use Photobox in the future.
