After sales service is to be desired,I’m still awaiting all the phone calls that I had,thought Dan j was a good guy to start with until he tried to sell me a car that had a small scratch on it,the small scratch was the size of the boot..when I refused he changed how he talked to me,I bought the extra warranty of these,and the attitude this company had when I tried to cancel it on the 14th day,was way out of line as the sales man Dan,had started the warrenty on the 4th ,yet I didn’t see the car I was buying until the date I bought it,the 9th also it Turns out that Dan sold me the warranty for a car with minus 100k but my cars done 107k this is fraud,so they are now going to have to change it to the warranty for the older car ,I’m not going to say don’t buy a car of these people,but I’d record every interaction you have with them

Ordered a pair of tyres,I thought I’ll…

Ordered a pair of tyres,I thought I’ll just check them have been processed,when I looked they had charged for 3 and somehow the system had also changed the size to 18”,was told don’t worry we will cancel,just order the ones and sizes you require,so I did,they cancelled the correct ones that I needed,(also didn’t get the 5% as advertised) now I have to await delivery of tyres I don’t want just to refuse,today they lost a customer,I’ve bought my tyres from elsewhere,don’t trust anywhere that does not have a phone number,this company has nearly £800 of mine..keep clear!!

Deliver at snails pace

The tyres should last longer when bought from here,as they take so long to get here,when buying tyres,you usually need them asap,I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and I have not had a text to say when they will be with me,or email,when I bought the tyres it said they was down south in England,but according to the tracking it says Switzerland,I’m disgusted with this company,after spending £390 on 2 tyres,joke

Paid my Iva off early,start of January…

Paid my Iva off early,start of January 2024,not heard a thing of them as yet,I’ve even been to court to have a Ccj overturned,saving them time and cost,when I was sold this Iva they never mentioned a waiting period like this,I’ve read some people have waited longer then 12 months,I’ve now waited 5 months and I am getting a little fed up with the situation,especially when I know of people who went with other companies and didn’t have to wait at all..Vangaurd/ebangate sort your act out,it’s not fair on the customers.

customer service does not exist

been trying to message customer services for some days now after purchasing a puffer coat that seems to stain from....believe it or not,even clean water,as fresh as the rain,so i can not wear this coat,ive took it back to flannels,who are absoulutly shocking,when your returning products,but rightly so they said it wasnt stained when purchased do one basically, and then told me to contact stone island,dont get me wrong i LOVE my stone island collection,but on this occasion they are getting a poor review due to the fact that every message i try and send them,it says something went wrong..how right they are

SCAMMERS WITH BAD ATTITUDE

As people have said below,these are scammers,if we done what these cowboys done we would be done for fraud,they will call you up and start picking about something,such as value of car,job title,just to get an extra £50 off you,and sadly they always seem to be able to get it,ie you may put down your job details,and genuinly put an error down such as self employed etc,and you will end up paying that £50 fee either as administration charge,or as you will have your insurance raised so you end up cancelling,even in the first 14 days you will then pay a cancellation fee ..how much £50..STAY CLEAR

stone island stained please check first!

i bough a stone island puffer jacket,and got an extra 10% free ,sadly the extra 10% was stains,and attitude, from the manager who seemed to be cocky,arrogant and tried speaking more like a gangster then a manager.Im sure you can see where this is going it never was resolved,after spending £700 on a coat or anything for that matter,if you have a problem you expect to be helped,not have some store worker telling you how many coats he has at his gaff,and keep calling you brother..(he is not my brother,my brother does not work in a store and he has good manners,unlike some flannels workers) the only reason im giving this 2 stars is due to the young blonde girl who has great customer communication skills,she should be made manager,and my brother be made the cleaner!after all he talked rubbish,he tried to make me feel intimidated with his brother chat,i felt embarrassed for his co worker who i think would of helped had my brother not been there,over the years ive spent some money in there,or doe as my brother may say,i will not be going near this shop again,as for the coat,it still has a free stain,which my brother told me to get dry cleaned and ignore the label,not the best advise really,im shocked he didnt throw in wash it on a 90c aswell just to ruin the coat more .absolute shambles

I only wish i found this company sooner!I was looking for to get car insurance for my modified car,and garry delived,i would like to say a massive thank you for the insurance deal he obtained for me,no effort..i will defintley be using this company again 10/10 .

I ordered my aftershaves 3 weeks…

I ordered my aftershaves 3 weeks ago,they was sent to the wrong address namely my previous one,I have been trying to get a refund as this is not my mistake it is TFS and they are now ignoring my emails,I have signed the declaration that I have not received any items as I haven't lived at the address they sent items to for 9 years,and I am now being ignored,now you send me a questionnaire on how did we do,well let's just think,hmm not good at all.

We are still awaiting an update from the courier in relation to their investigation to try to establish what has happened with your delivery.

While we advise up to 30 days for this to be concluded, this can take a little longer in some cases.
