Appalling Service! Very disappointed!
I used Delightful Flora for my friend's birthday on 14th February. They arrived early, which wasn't a problem, but could have been. She reported the flowers were great. On the back of this, I then ordered flowers for Mother's Day to arrive on 14th March. They never turned up. Royal Mail confirmed that they had had them since 12th, but then they were lost. Four emails and a phone call later, in which I had to demand my money back, they have finally agreed to a refund. They claimed they didn't need to refund me as Royal Mail couldn't find the address. The address has been there for over 70 years and Royal Mail amongst other delivery firms have successfully been delivering there. Appalling customer services!! I will never use this company again!
