Parcel has been out for delivery for 10 days. Contacted Evri and the bot said they will contact the local office and I’d get an update within 24 hours. 5 days later no communication

Bolt driver made me literally pay the…

Bolt driver made me literally pay the toll even though it would be added to the trip bill and charged against my credit card. Raised this with customer service who thought paying twice for the toll was okay. Concern was escalated but no one from Bolt responded. Looks like Bolt is not scam proof

Yodel poor ever so poor

Whenever we have a parcel that is routed through the Llanelli branch we know that it will take a fortnight of chasing up for it to be delivered. In the meanwhile “we attempted to deliver “ bs updates on the tracker appear even though we can see the driver has not come within miles of our house. Parcel finally tossed over our fence. Yodel are poor

Truckit supported their transport…

Truckit supported their transport provider when they failed to collect vehicle. Would not accept a cancellation based on the pack of lies their mover reported

3 weeks and still waiting for a delivery

They picked up a delivery from Waitrose 10 days ago and have still not updated with a delivery date 16 days later. This company is a disgrace - do not use

Still no update from Yodel other than that below. Tracking info asked by Trustpilot when posting.
