The staff were very helpful especially Mohammed explaining everything to me.
So i renew again with the Churchill.

I know I have written a review but they shd have 5 stars.
Having been with Carphone warehouse since 2007 and we are now 2026.

I have been a member to Carphone Warehouse since 2007 which of course is a very long time indeed.
The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble.
Of course I recognise some of the staff by their names which they have dealt with me over the years.
I cannot complain in any way. Excellent.

I have been with this company since 2007 and always had good service nothing has ever been too much trouble with any member if staff.

Excellent by my driver Nick who has manners and nothing is too much for him. Especially when delivering always on time, allows me to get to the door being housebound.

Our driver Nick is excellent in more ways than one.
His manners his attitude always on time.
Rings the bell, the door is open so he can call me as I am housebound.
To allow me to get to the door.

The guy phnd me but they must let their phne ring until the caller answers. We know everything is about time and speed. But it meant I had to call the guy at least he cd understand English. I am housebound but he brought the tble. I said thank you. Take care.

Its the person that you are employing with this company.

Both EFlorist were excellent to 2 friends who were very pleased with the flowers.

I am an old member of Carphone Warehouse since 2007 and we are now 2025 roughly 18yrs .
All the staff have been excellent over the years always very helpful. Explained the situ as well.
Some of them I recognise by their voice and name as well. Having spoken to them over the years.
Perhaps I could also been one of the eldest members as well being 82 plus I do have windows 11 so very up to date as well. Also being housebound now.
Hope the service continues like it is.

The ordering which is very simple to do and paying as well.
Delivery staff excellent nothing was too much trouble.

The driver had to wait for me to get to the front door as i was in the conservatory plus i am housebound as well which takes a few mins. Not able to run #femur.
The driver had good manners I thanked him as he put it just inside standing up. And wished him a good day.

Able to speak plain English to the guy.
Everything was explained clearly to me which I understood.
Ì have gone ahead with the Insurance with the company.

Excellent service I had. Optician that came to my hse Victoria that did the sight test in my conservatory. Nothing was too much trouble I had to have 2 pairs of glasses for Reading and using my Laptop. Victoria brought a selection of glasses which I was able to choose from. Plus I was able to pay straight away glasses were ordered on the same day of my eye test Wednesday and I had the glasses sent in the post arriving on the Tuesday excellent service but of course they needed to be fitted properly so a technician çame the following week I am Visually impaired so this should had been done straught away no waiting.
Plus I am still housebound from a Trauma accident in January a fracture femur with other complications and now just starting to walk.
Ì would recommend this company to other people and have done so as well. Plus they will see me in 12months timr.
