8 weeks later and the product was of no use…

I ordered a new guard for an electric grass strimmer. It took 8 weeks to arrive even though I wasnt told when ordering that they didnt have it in stock. When it eventually arrived it didnt fit it was out of shape. I asked for my money back. They suggested I melt the plastic and force it into shape myself. I have never heard of anything so rediculous in all my life. I am still waiting for my money back, I wouldnt order anything from them if I was you.

Thanks for the feedback on this order and we are sorry it has gone the way it has. I've had a look and I see that we did send several emails advising that the parts ordered were not instock and had to be ordered in.

Because we got no reply to cancel the order we continued with the order.

It is very unfortunate that when the guard did arrive that it had been produced incorrectly in the factory. As discussed once we were made aware of the issue, we agreed to the refund but couldn't apply it straight away as the accounts girl only works on set days.

The option for you to attempt to remould the guard to fit the head of the strimmer was only a suggestion in an attempt to save you the hassle of a return and having to wait and source another part or a new tool.

We were trying to be helpful, as confirmed via email, last night 19-11-2025, I logged into our system out of office hours and manually refunded the order myself.

I have raised the issue with Ryobi as well and hopefully we won't receive any further products which have been manufactured incorrectly.

Shambolic customer service

We ordered a mini cooper 3 months ago. We were promised regular updates from the salesman mr jehu. We havent been contacted once. The estimated delivery date has long past and they still dont give you updated without you contacting them. Shambolic customer service. When is the car coming? Who knows, i dont😡😤😡😤
