Evri a company SO bad they changed their name from Hermes,Only to become even worse.Relying on Evri to deliver your parcel us like playing Russian Roulette where Evri sometimes get it right 1/6 times.
Eveytime I make an online purchase a see the sellers chosen courier is Evri I hold my head in my hands knowing that its not going to be as straight foward as expected.The package will be A Lost in Transit B left in an unsafe location.C Stolen from location.D Damaged or broken E delivered to the wrong address F 3/5 days late.
How they stay in business is the 9th wonder of the world.

We bought our first Dacia 4yrs ago after having a Vauxhall Mokka.
The Sandero us a lot of car for the money compared to the way over priced Mokka.
We saved approx £8k.
From start to finish I cannot recommend the staff at Dacia Croydon highly enough whom were professional & courteous throughout.
In 4 yrs other than regular owner services the Sandero was fautless.
We have just swapped our Sandero for a 2025 model & once again Dacia Croydon were Fantstic.

Won't use again as really poor logistics via Evri.
Trying to get a reply is a nightmare.
There are much better online vape sellers.

In general Amazon is a great business idea and user friendly . My only grievance is their constant changing couriers.Its very very hit and miss! Whilst some are great and deliver to your door,Others not so they leave parcels in the public domain only to be never seen again.This then adds to the inconvenience of A not getting something you wanted/ needed and B having to go through the whole refund process! Which I must add takes time but is always resolved fairly by Amazon.So you pay your money you take your chance.They are only as strong as their weakest link & in Amazon's case the weak link is the chosen couriers.

Only place i get my flavourings always on point flavourwise and arrive well packaged & on time.

Probably the best delivery service in the UK.Wish more traders used them as they are always on time,courteous and professional.

Bought a new Vauxhall Mokka from these people.Would never ever even consider spending another penny with them.Their all smiles but once you sign on the dotted line there real persona kicks in.Shockingly rude customer service along with lies,lies and more lies.Please if you are considering buying a Vauxhall,Reconsider.There are much better,cheaper and more reliable cars to own.
If minus stars were available then thats what i would have given them.

Absolutely disgusting customer service ordered a shirt August as a present for someone mid Sept.
NO correspondence etc.
Phoned club shop today was told sorry you may get it by mid/end October.
Asked for a refund and told I may or may not be refunded...Shocking!!
If this is how the Glazers do business the sooner they funk off the better...
