I have requested that all orders stop as my 95 year old mother is overwhelmed with pills. They said, after several phone conversations and an inquiry, that they have discontinued all orders. BUT my mother has just received an email saying the next order has been despatched. Which means getting in touch yet again to find out what is going on. I hope no further payments have been taken - we shall see . . . Not a good process to be part of. Update: the despatch was a mailbag for returns. The response was quick and helpful. Things are improving, and I am assured everything has been cancelled.
