I have requested that all orders stop but…

I have requested that all orders stop as my 95 year old mother is overwhelmed with pills. They said, after several phone conversations and an inquiry, that they have discontinued all orders. BUT my mother has just received an email saying the next order has been despatched. Which means getting in touch yet again to find out what is going on. I hope no further payments have been taken - we shall see . . . Not a good process to be part of. Update: the despatch was a mailbag for returns. The response was quick and helpful. Things are improving, and I am assured everything has been cancelled.

I was concerned that a bouquet which arrived didn't look like the website photo. Customer Delight were amazing and sent my mother another bouquet. We are indeed delighted customers.

My 94 year old mother made a cake

My 94 year old mother made a cake, and posted me a piece - a huge achievement at her age. It took 2 weeks to arrive. Two weeks from London to Leeds. Royal Mail manages to destroy every important gesture with its appalling, expensive, service. No stars.

I wouldn't even give 1 star

I wouldn't even give 1 star. The card I sent my mother to arrive before her new heart valve operation took 6 days to get from Leeds to London, and arrived after she had been home again several days.

The booking system is broken

The booking system is completely broken. Received one email after another all with different appointments, different times, all confirmed - none of which we booked. Original booking vanished. It becomes impossible to know when your actual appointment is unless you talk directly to the branch, where they are trying their best despite booking system causing absolute chaos. Only works if you talk to branch directly. Very bad experience for very old people!

Avoid their car parks

Avoid their car parks. Spare yourself the upset.They issue charges for typing errors even after proof of payment. Customer service aggressive and pointless. Appeals pointless. Save yourself the aggro by not using their car parks. Ever. Their own typing errors on Parking Charge Notice allowed.
