Absolutely fantastic service. A couple of codes to deal with and we were helped along with every step. Even to sharing licence info with underwriter. I wish I got the gentleman's name to praise him. I'm blown away with the knowledge and helpfullness we attained.

I have had an issue with a debtor and I have had numerous calls and emails with yourselves for about a year after my agreement with you finished. Your aftercare and help has been second to none. You have tried everything to help me and eventually the other party admitted they made an error. I thank you for your service as you have always put me at ease and nothing has been too much trouble. Absolutely fantastic. Discussed walking boots and a holdall, along with collecting items reserved. Matty & Cheryl were very knowledgeable and extremely happy to help. One item wasn't available however an alternative was offered. All staff were friendly and welcoming to all customers along with myself. I'll definitely call back in.

The sales person and manager were fantastic! The only reason I've not given 5* is your till system was extremely slow, not just for me but another customer at the same time. They both apologised a few times to us all and hoped the system would work asap for us. The store team were fantastic and very helpful. The wait at the till knocked a star off I'm afraid.

The overall experience was great. However, I received an email asking where my parcel was, I replied and received a lovely email in response with a name which was not mine. "Dear Charlotte". Even tho the lady replied to my email signed with my name. Payment was promt. I used envirofone before hence used them this time.
