Ordered flowers about 2 weeks ago to be delivered March 15th, which is mother's day, apparently they are now delivering them tomorrow, Thursday 12th. Won't be ordering from here again as what is the point. Looking at recent reviews, it's not just happening to me.

I was helped today by ronald and Angelo t. They helped to sort out my return and resend me an item that was originally wrongly sent. Very happy customer.

Have used boohoo for many years and always happy. However after receiving an e gift voucher I cannot use it as it keeps saying invalid number. If I check balance it shows the 25 pounds value. It's nuts. I am waiting for a response from gift card team but I don't know when that will be. I am out of pocket and missing out on what I wanted to buy. Not impressed.

Thanks for taking time to leave a review and making me aware of this, I can assure you this is not the way things usually go here.
We are aware of a slight technical issue which is preventing gift cards being applied to orders however we are aware of the case and the issue is due to be fixed very soon.
For now if your information has been sent to our gift card team, just be sure to keep an eye on your emails and somebody will be in touch very soon.

Excellent service, swift delivery and the sweets are delicious. The classic sweets are a time gone by treat and the fact they are vegan is the cherry on the top.
