Although boots site is annoying to use…

Although boots site is annoying to use and order from, they did refund my delivery costs to me when my order was meant to be next day but arrived 2 days later. That's good customer service!! I didn't have to do a thing and go through a strenuous frustrating process like some other company's

Just don't get the fuss

You can only redeem against maximum £10 and it takes forever sometimes to get your cash back, some only available in 90 days...that's a long time to wait. By then 3 months worth of mobile bills have gone by and I'm still on a pending sum of £11. I don't get the rave. But will leave it at 2 stars because at least it's something rather than nothing. I'd give it a 3 if they didn't try and upsell you all the time and tell you your account has expired and needs reconnecting again.

I am done with the website

I am done with the website. Please hire better IT, full stack developers. You've had years to fix these bugs.
Too many bugs to even list here, but most recent issue (might not be related to a site problem) was ordering next day delivery for it to be canceled and refunded on its own. As a lot of reddit posts says, how do I use your site without setting fire to my computer....

Absolutely made my Christmas

Absolutely made my Christmas. Who ever is working at those distributors should get a raise. It was a 9 hour turn around and I couldn't be any happier (or couldn't believe it). Thank you Look fantastic for being on it and on the ball.

The fact that my bank automatically…

The fact that my bank automatically declined payment because they thought this website was a scam says it all. Thanks Monzo for being awesome. Their customer service is non existent, I tried contacting several times and nothing. I contacted regarding the hiked delivery cost despite it saying it's free in the UK and so wanted to make sure. Then I took a punt anyway because I really wanted these pair of trousers, and lo and behold blocked by Monzo and received an email saying they had to because they detected it wasn't a legit purchase. It's a shame because I originally bought these pants from Asos and fell in love and couldn't find them anymore on there so went straight to Extro & Vert for them.

Bad mascara

Bad mascara! Horrible formula, doesn't come off 'gently' at all. I used different kinds of oil based and micellar based removers and it just wasn't coming off.

I have very long natural lashes and this made them look strange, clumpy and wirey despite the advertising of the wand to provide separation. Not full and long.

I'm sticking to the known brands- this was unfortunately an ad click bait/sham.

Also why are all the US reviews on here 5 stars and all the European reviews are 1 star rating.

I love the level of customer service…

I love the level of customer service you get from William Wood, it feels very up market and considered.
The mirror I bought is just gorgeous, friends tell me it looks like something off a interior design magazine. Delivery was on time and faster than most furniture places. Bonus!

Be prepared to wait for over 4 weeks to receive order

There is no precise shipping information i.e. how long it will take to be delivered. All they mention is:
How orders are shipped ( Still no detail on how long the delivery time is)

Where you can track your order and what if your order doesn't arrive, to which the suggestion is:

Don’t worry. If your order gets lost in the mail we can provide compensation, in the form of a replacement or refund. Please note the delivery company MUST confirm the parcel as lost before we can proceed with reimbursement. This can take a minimum of 30 days. If 90 days have past and your order has not been received you will be fully refunded as well.

It is not fair that I have to wait 90 days before I can claim a refund. I had already requested a refund/cancellation of my order as I knew I had paid for something that was stuck in transit and supposedly would have to wait almost 3 months before I can report it not arrived.

I could have brought it from another vendor that deliver in the UK. I am so disappointed and £150 short

Great customer service

I have bought a couple of times with virgin experience days. Lots on offer, great for gifts and gifts to yourselves! Their customer service is brilliant and try to help you out, I dealt with Megan Harltey who was incredibly understanding and dealt with my query smoothly. Thank you so much!
