Ordered Lollipop flowers for my Auntys 7oth birthday, what a disappointment they were, nothing like the picture, not many flowers or greenery. Really upset at these flowers, I could of got better from a supermarket. Do not waste your money.

Absolutely fantastic company, very quick and efficient. Great section of cards, gifts etc. The fact I could personalise it myself. And the final product was amazing. Definitely recommend this company.

Elle,customer service advisor, was absolutely fantastic with my issue. She sorted everything out,was very quick with communication and sending me out a replacement. Tower customer service is a brilliant company who looks after its customers.

Fantastic customer service team,Joseph helped me after my product became faulty, I sent all the information as requested and a new air fryer is on its way. This company is brilliant and all their products are vakue for money and a delight in any home. I cant thank Joesph enough for doing a super job.

Ordered paint,it came and lid was knocked off,so half can left. Contacted wilko who sent a replacement, yet again lid nit on correctly so more spillage. I won't order paint from there again.

Ordered a car screen cover,with attached magnets,well supposedly. Came after 3 weeks,no magnets attached to cover,not a magnet in sight,doesn't even fit my car. Sent 4 emails ,No Reply.

After complaining about a data breach in April 2023,I'm still waiting for the final decision letter to arrive,rang up several times and emailed,also sent another complaint letter in October due to lack of customer service, one doesn't know what others are doing.

Bought my 8 year old son a shirt when the new kit was released, had his name and number put on, £65 which isnt cheap. Waited ages for the shirt, when it arrived it had several pulls on the arm and was covered in black marks, promised me a full refund now they have sent another shirt and only offering 10% discount, so its gonna cost me again to send it back. TOTAL RIP OFF. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
