Everything is a lie now with racist behavior

I have never seen this behavior from a business, they select who they pay and do not proceed in chronological order as they say. Some of my friends received their payouts even from sales in January and February, but they still resist to pay mines from December!! Payout mails received 9 month ago!

Payout e-mails from december still haven’t been paid

They promised that the December sales would be sent within a few days, compared to that, weeks have passed since then and these still haven't been paid anything. And they keep saying 3-6 months delay. But these sales were in DECEMBER!! Its not even close to that timeframe! And they keep lying.

Update!!: lie to lie I was told they process again the beginning of December, but 2 months ago the processed until around 20 Dec.

Waiting since 9 month for payments

Nearly 9 month now since I sold my pairs and they keep telling false promises. They keep saying they will wire within days. This was 10 days ago and still haven’t received anything.

BAD MENTALITY

Payment from january sale still not arrived. Then they tell me that my payment is not a priority for them after I decided not to sell more things on their site with such a waiting period.
Update: as soon as they received my review supposedly started my payout process. Now I see some progress. I will update this as soon as I get paid.
Within 10 minutes I received my payout. It should be done this way from the first place.

Company is a joke

It’s an absolut joke. Sold two pairs of shoes on 2022.04.24 and 28.!!! ID: 1658266, 1541832 . Yes, nearly 3 month! They processed the payout allegedly on 2022.05.18. And I still haven’t received the payouts. Tried to solve my problem quietly with the support nearly 5 times!! But totally waste of time. Always the same answear: we need to investigate.., it takes 5-7 businass days. After the promised days over I’ve never got any answear neither my money from them. If I try to reach the support again the whole shady 5-7 days investigation starts again! It is impossible that they are not able to solve this problem, rather they just don’t care with their customers. The whole company becoming worse and worse day by day, my constantly detoriorating rating also shows that.
Finally solved!

INSUPPORTABLE!!

Absolutely no clue what is happening here! They promised to catch up with the missed trasactions, compared to 15 days, now more than 30 working days passed (payout emails 04.20-28)and my payouts are nowhere. Customer service in a good scenario able to respond to a request every 4 weeks which is ridiculous. Also, they responded to my review of the shady conversion probably in terms of formality for the site or analytics, where they were promised to look it up, it’s been over a week and still no one has contacted me since! I am trying my best to sympathy but after I was pulled down of nowhere by 4% and still haven’t received any explanation, its very hard. Because previously they didn’t charge a fee to exchange and 2-3 weeks ago one day to the other day started to charge me by 4% in every transaction without any further information.

Be aware

I sold my shoes in CHF currency. They are sending the payouts in EUR, it’s one big problem. But they are not even using the correct excange rate, way below than that! Basically I get way less money than expected! For example I sold one of my shoes for 201 CHF and only get 188,67 EUR. If we are using the correct exchange rate it’s around 195 EUR. And there is no information about this on their website.
2022.06.08. Still waiting for the promised explanation since your respond here…

Zero customer service

Absolutely zero chance to contact with the costumer service when you need them. I tried to upload some consignment listings when the site crashed. The website said the upload was unsuccessfull therefore I did it again. This time was successful but when I checked my listings there were one more unwanted listing which probably get there because of the site crash which were mentioned above. My only chance to avoid the flake and the possible ban from the site as a seller (with nearly 50 consign listings) is to contact with costumer service. Because if they refuse to answer or help to resolve my problem I will be the gulty and endurer of their site crash. And with this many ongoing sell and consignes its not the best thing to face without any usefull information what happens with the listings in a potential ban situation.

Up: After a bad review you finally get a response fast. I hope this nonsense finally ends soon. I am praying for the needed changes inside the company.

Zero costumer service

Nearly impossible to contact with the customer service. I sent a pair of Syracuses Mids on 2021.12.10 and since 12.13 my package has been stucked in one of the shipping sites. And nobody answering to my letters.
