First time using it and couldn't be worst, today it's the 16th day since they have my parcel and not a single update for deliver. I've tried to email twice regarding my parcel last week and until this moment not a single reply. This is really frustrating, not once in my life a delivery service have hold my parcel for that long, 16 days they received it and 16 days without a single word from them regarding my parcel.
Definitely don't recommend. Worst postal service I've ever used.
