An unprofessional company

An unprofessional company, after buying a great deal of products, I am " rewarded " with a coupon of 50 Kroner, however , coming to the existing trolley , the coupon code does not work.
Another incident, when ordering, I chose a locker and they send the items to another place where I have no way of getting to. I contact them , and they say that that can happen, and they do nothing to retirive the packet and place it in the locker of my choice.

Unreliable and Rude !

Vinoteket has chosen to work with Bring. Evaluation of hte company includes the logistics, I was contacted by a bring driver yesterday and he said that he would be at my place in 5 minutes. I on the other was on the way to another city and he tells me to meet him at another city to pick up my package. Have you heard of a delivery company behaving in this way ?
The customer has paid for delivery ! Today I receive a message that my package will arrive a week later than expected.

Det är absolut inte acceptabelt att du blivit ombedd att möta upp en förare i en annan stad, särskilt när du har betalat för hemleverans. Vi förstår din frustration, och vi håller helt med om att leveransen ska ske som utlovat – till din adress och i tid.

Vi har valt att arbeta med Bring för att de i normala fall erbjuder god service, men det är tydligt att det i ditt fall brustit. Vi tar detta vidare med Bring direkt för att undersöka vad som gått fel och se till att det inte händer igen.

Insurance agents that like to play lawyer😂

I am seriously considering changing my insurance provider. This decision is based on the very slow response time of the company and then the attempt of the staff to assume the role of the lawyer when a claim is filed. This is done, despite all documents were submitted as requested and even then name and telephone number of the consulting physician has been furnished.

poor website , inefficient return service

poor website , not clear for returns

Tells us to book a return with budbee , but budbee does not respond. Please tell me how to return items that do not fit.

Our customer support will send you some instructions. But you book the return via the Budbee app. You can read the instructions in the return registration or at our or Budbee website.

Hi Natacha, sorry to see your 1 star review and if you misunderstood the delivery option - we are based in the UK and we can see your delivery address is in Sweden so overnight delivery is not possible and it's not a service we offer. According to the tracking your order was despatched on the 30th May and delivered on the 1st of June which is just 2 days and extremely quick for an international delivery.
