If I could I would give 0 stars.I have purchased the insurance and straight after I found out is not what I have agreed initially and I paid for .
This company is scam and I would strongly advice not to go ahead with them.
I’m now waiting for the response from the complaint and will be going to Ombudsman.

We bought the house from developer .

We bought the house from developer .
Moores supplied and fitted furniture in thw house which we bought .
Quality is poor and new kitchen cabinets have alot of marks . Kitchen worktop split underneath dishwasher after 3 months of living in thw house.
We have reported to developer who then contacted moores.We have had visit from moores to inspect the worktop.Women was rude and abrupt. She has accused us of damaging the worktop when we were fitting dishwasher. Then she invented apparently is our fault we have not fitted plastic strip above dishwasher which comes with dishwasher.
She ignored us as a homeowners and didn't respond tk my partner questions.
We then made formal complaint directly to moores about her attitude and behaviour however we never heard from them. I then called them too to ask for the update on the complaint but heard nothing .
People don't buy from Moored you will regret it.

4 days away

We booked holiday for few days in last minute hoping is going to be nice few days away. We have arrived at the hotel 14.30 then checked in.We have been told to wait untill 15.00 to get a key for a room. Reception placed tags on our luggage and asked to leave on the side with other luggage and we at 3 we can get luggage.We then went to get coffe and when we came back collect the key for room we could not find our luggage.Then reception informed us that concierge taken luggage to our room. We them made our way to the room .When we opened the door room was not clean at all and what is worse our luggage disappeared. We then went back to reception informing about issue and we have been given new room with reassuring our luggage already been transfered to new room.
Yet again arrived to new room and released our luggage is not there.I rang reception and informed them they have told me to wait 20 minutes luggage is on the way. Again we waited and went for coffe and when we came back luggage wasn't in our room again.
We made our way to reception and tried to explain the issue the just simple ignored us.I then requested to speak to manager which she came while after and told us that luggage is in our room .
We went back again to the room hoping this time luggage is in the room.
Unfortunately gain we dint have the luggage .Another trip to reception and being told that we are in wrong and our luggage is in our room . I have again informed manager that is not and we have been 5 times already and luggage is not there.She became rude and argued saying luggage is there.At this point we called Jet2 helpline in uk and gentlemen who we spoke on the phone tried to contact hotel. He then informed us that reception staff answered the phone and said they are busy.Then disconnected the phone call so he was unable to speak to reception however he contacted Jet2 rep who will contact me shortly .
As we were with him on thw phone we went back again to the room amd check for luggage and again luggage was not there.
I then went back to reception and requested to speak to someone higher up the manager we spoke as she has lied and had no customer service skill .What is more funny she was customer experience manager.!!!
She refused to to that amd stated I'm manager of the hotel and is no-one higher up. Then gentlemen who heard our conversation approached me and my partner asking what has happened .
We have explained him what has been happening for past 3 hours and luggage being lost in the hotel.
He then said I'm managing this hotel and have been ask to work here because this hotel has many issues. He then went to speak to reception asking about luggage .
We have been told luggage was lost but most be somewhere in the hotel but they will find it. Around 7 pm we have been told luggage was found and was placed in wrong room .
At06:20 finally we have found our luggage and could go and get change after long journey.
Next day morning around 10 am when we woke up we had man from next room walked into our room as cleanres forgot to closed the doors between the rooms.
Another issue but when we reported at reception they came and closed asap.
We haven't recieved phone call from jet2 rep untill 2 days after which i found very bad. They say to you one thing but then when you have issue they don't care.
Next day i have recieved phone call from the hotel stating hotel manager wants to speak to us .We then went to speak to him and have been offered extra stay in the hotel or discount for next booking .
Because we both work we were not sure if we could stay 2 days longer however we have managed to take 2 days off from work.When we informed hotel manager he said we could only stay untill end of the day .Again another lie from hotel manager .
We then left it and spoke to jet2 customer service to complaint through as we were not happy what has happened.
All the lies and redness from staff and manager it caused us great stress.
Making us stupid and sending 6 times back and forward was just ridiculous.
What it meant to be 4 lovely days away turned up to stress and mess.
Very disappointed on Jet2 as per today I haven't heard anything .
We haven't been contacted by jet 2 not even apologe.
