Ordered party cups for an 80th birthday party on 13th August. Was told 3-5 working days for delivery. Tried to track order with Post Office and it kept showing 'We are expecting your order'. Party has come and gone , thank goodness for Amazon next day delivery. Do not use this company
I placed an order on 26th Sept. Confirmation email said parcel dispatched with DPD on 27th Sept Despite emailing twice to locate my order nothing has arrived and no response from company. They have stolen my money and they will not respond so I can't get them to return it. Do NOT use this company.

The sandals I received were obviously not a new pair. One had been tried on and the insole was discoloured.

I'm deeply sorry to learn that your shoes turned out to be faulty. This is certainly disappointing, and I understand how frustrating it must be.
To resolve this issue, please return the shoes using the returns label that was included with your order. If you no longer have the label, you can easily download one from the Evri website at evri.com/return-a-parcel. Simply select Pavers from the list of retailers and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you've dropped off the package, kindly provide us with the tracking number. We'll do our utmost to arrange a replacement for you if the item is still available. If not, rest assured that a full refund will be issued promptly.

Bags were great and arrived quickly. However there were too many small bags (green) which are of little use. There should be more of the medium (blue bags) which are of more use.
Notification received of end of fixed rate period and new offers indicated. Although I’m not happy about the additional monthly payment it’s been dealt with in a fair and professional manner. All communication with Octopus has been excellent during our time with them
