A good morning spoiled especially by one person
Was in for my first service at one year and 9000(aprox) miles and had to replace the 2 back tyres. When I questioned was told too heavy on right foot and for anyone that knows me that is an untrue an insult , then the next excuse was that it was because of too many short journeys. Such a load of bull it appears they are using pure rubbish tyres and had not the decency to just say that.
I had been trying to set up my in car office and was referred to a sales person who was as helpful as as a chocolate teapot and I had to just walk away as I by this time blowing my top.
They are all over you when trying to sell you a vehicle and then it’s up yours, having said that the service personnel were very helpful and polite, but that other “person” has just put me off when change is due of going somewhere else.
The positive take for me is you live and learn with a better knowledge of who is worth your loyalty
Today I had a telephone call from Mercedes, Portadown and after a helpful,constructive and cordial discussion all has been addressed. It was one of those issues that I feel everyone including myself has learned from
That is why I have changed star ratings from one star to four stars.
