Brilliant service

Brilliant service. Messaged over whatsapp with pictures of my alloys and body work damage. Booked in quickly and quoted super easily.

Both the men who worked on my car were polite, chatty and did an amazing job. My car looks brand new. Cannot recommend enough, finally found the joy in my car again!

SCAM. Please be aware of these gross scams.

I have received letters from a fake company pretending to be DHL and claiming I owe them £700 ish for "import charges". They have used multiple 'debt collecting' companies to threaten me, giving time frames such as "7 days or we will send someone to your door" and it has been going on for months.

They've now moved onto letters with this companies name, or working through this company to send me the letters.

Ignore their scams.

Felt like a scam rather than a legit company

I placed a simple order of two pairs of crocs. Upon paying for the order the website jumped back to my cart which was now empty, and did not confirm the order for me, give me an order number, or even email me that the order had been placed.

I didn't want to accidentally order twice, so I contacted the live chat agent who promptly gave me an order number - which I immediately went and used and could view my order from there. Assuming everything would be fine from then on out, I waited for my delivery.

My order was placed on the 22nd of August, it is now the 2nd of September and I chose to contact Crocs live chat again as my order number was no longer showing an order (just an error instead).

I spoke to an agent who, after taking a while to respond, I got disconnected from. The live chat then displayed as 'Not Available' for a few seconds and then went back on.

I spoke to a second agent who told me my order had been cancelled. I had not received ANY communication of this, and was told that I should expect a refund between 7-14 working days.

I asked why they are taking orders for stock they do not have available, as their excuse was "during the processing of your order your items went out of stock", and their reasoning was "the website doesn't update as quickly as it should". What sort of an excuse is that for a large name brand???

No emails.
No communication.
Slow refund (if any) - and I will be chasing it up with my bank if necessary.

DO NOT waste your time with attempting to order from this company.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

The worst service ever received from a courier service

No updates, no communication, false promises. It is ridiculous that the only way to contact this company is through their negative reviews?? Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered quite a few items from this…

I ordered quite a few items from this store and upon arrival I am happy with the speed that they were shipped and the products!

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is due to the lack of protection in the packing of the box, everything was loose and the box itself wasn't very solid upon arrival, so a few of my more delicate purchases were bashed around a bit (paint brushes with exposed brush).
