Felt like a scam rather than a legit company
I placed a simple order of two pairs of crocs. Upon paying for the order the website jumped back to my cart which was now empty, and did not confirm the order for me, give me an order number, or even email me that the order had been placed.
I didn't want to accidentally order twice, so I contacted the live chat agent who promptly gave me an order number - which I immediately went and used and could view my order from there. Assuming everything would be fine from then on out, I waited for my delivery.
My order was placed on the 22nd of August, it is now the 2nd of September and I chose to contact Crocs live chat again as my order number was no longer showing an order (just an error instead).
I spoke to an agent who, after taking a while to respond, I got disconnected from. The live chat then displayed as 'Not Available' for a few seconds and then went back on.
I spoke to a second agent who told me my order had been cancelled. I had not received ANY communication of this, and was told that I should expect a refund between 7-14 working days.
I asked why they are taking orders for stock they do not have available, as their excuse was "during the processing of your order your items went out of stock", and their reasoning was "the website doesn't update as quickly as it should". What sort of an excuse is that for a large name brand???
No emails.
No communication.
Slow refund (if any) - and I will be chasing it up with my bank if necessary.
DO NOT waste your time with attempting to order from this company.
I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
