Had an account. Tried to deposit money, logged me out and customer support said they have closed my account, no explanation.

The worst betting company! Do not bother signing up.

Ordered some balloons

Ordered some balloons, tracking number never worked, problem with Amazon delivery they said.. no refund yet.

Pretty sure this is a scam, fraud website.

If I don’t get my refund I’ll be taking it further with fraud online and police to get it shut down.


Just another useless company or fraud.

Avoid / dodgy / scam charges - extreamly poor customer service from start to finish

From booking the car to returning, nothing was clear and customer service representatives only understand basic information, just about English.

Picked vehicle up at Northampton Branch, was charge £84 for damage waiver. No problem happy to pay. So paid that with a £100 fuel deposit.

Returned the vehicle and europcar charged me £120ish for damage waiver. I wouldn't of taken it for that price.

It's all clearly on my invoice which I submitted to them, they declined it because they are useless. Still trying to get my money back but don't hold to much hope.. all they do is send more invoices , deduct and refund random amounts. It's a joke tbh.

So be careful, they sell you a product at branch then catch you out when you return it and central office charge you more without permission. Even with clear proof of what was agreed and paid on the invoice.

Will not use this company again, some sort of scam going on with rental stations and waiver charges.

I'd avoid europcar, not worth the hassle with dealing with a near useless customer service base and dodgy rental branches.

No refund processed after asking. AVOID

No refund processed after asking numerous times.

Luckily I paid via Klarna so it’s covered. But I want to warn people not to use this company. I’ve reported them to Klarna who are investigating this company.

The entire experience just seems off and fishy. I would avoid if I were you.

The reason why we have refunded you in FULL is due to logistical issues within the company, as we are a new company we do not like to hold onto our customers money as this is not how we operate, therefore we feel it is the only right decision to refund you in full which is why you have received an email to confirm this refund.

Return took a while.

Eventually the return was processed. Customer service not that helpful in confirming receipt of item. But all sorted in the end.

Faith restored but they need to re think of the returns times.
