We have the Nord VPN and security vault…

We have the Nord VPN and security vault tools for family use. It is an excellent and reliable product. As we have so many accounts and travel frequently this is essential for us. We have not needed to use their support services in over 3 years of use.

Radio Popular in Portugal - THE WORST Customer Care

This company in Portugal has THE WORST customer care service I’ve ever experienced. (I have lived in Australia and the US and in Portugal). They have given no response to my emails and no follow through in agreed actions even after 5 international phone calls over the last 2 months. I still don’t have my appliance which was repaired due to product fault and which they refused to replace or refund as it was 1 month after the 12 month warranty period. WHAT A DISGRACE

Pago para serviço que não recebi

Pago €20 por mês para adesão ao canal Benfica entretanto quando tentei ver o último jogo de Benfica vs Porto não foi possível sem adesão ao canal outra vez. Quando tentei falar com NOS apoio ao cliente esperei mais de 40 minutos para apoio técnico e a chamada foi desligado 2 vezes. Perdi de ver o jogo e perdi €20 que paguei e não beneficiei do produto que pago ao NOS para receber. Uma autêntica ‘PORCARIA ’ de companhia e serviço.

I don’t trust BOLT upfront pricing

I don’t trust the BOLT upfront pricing. I ALWAYS end up paying almost double. My last ride was with a rider who did not speak Portuguese (I was in Portugal) or English well. Did not know significant locations and kept making wrong turns and going in the opposite direction while blaming the GPS (I wanted to go to a major train station in Lisbon) and my husband had to give him directions. We missed our train and were late for a show we had booked. For that we ended up paying €11.31 euros when the quote was for €5.95. I did not get any response from BOLT after submitting my complaint. Will NEVER use again
