Great coffee machine and easy to use however the nescafe cappuccino and nescafe coffee pods taste awful.

This is such a bad company, do not buy from here. I ordered a coat which looks NOTHING like what it does on the picture on the website.
It takes ages for customer service team to respond and when they do they provide returns address for China which costs £22 to return when it states to send it back to a Netherlands address. NEVER buy from here because they will rip you off.
