I just called your office and spoke with ******* **********
The call was made at 16.48.
She took the complaint reference number and told me the case handler is ****** ******** and she will transfer the call.
I was holding on for 9 minutes and 16 seconds when she returned saying ****** ******* was "not at work all day". I asked her why it took her 9 minutes and 16 secs to find out she was not in the building to which she replied she works from home and has emailed her line manager to call me, "in the morning". I responded by saying I have also been emailing for 68 weeks to which she replied, "maybe you have not had a reply because they were not at work" - 68 weeks? Not at work?
Another day gone to waste.

Further to ongoing issues with these cowboys, I had a letter (copy below) but since then nothing. They claim they have a mandatory 8 weeks timeline for replies but the initial complaint was submitted September 2021 (YES 2021). Yet, now they claim they can take 8 weeks when they already have had SIXTY weeks. It becomes bad to worse. How on earth do they exist? I guess the Director simply opens another company and does the same tactics again, again.

Hi Georgie.
The 8 week 'rule' is being applied from December 12th 2022.
E mails since then and pre-12 Dec. (copies already provided) prove I commenced OFFICIAL submissions SEPT 9TH 2021. (Two thousand and TWENTY ONE). We are now in 2023.
I assert you have manipulated the 8 week 'rule' because you have deliberately ignored previous submissions. Therefore, according to my initial, official submission of Sept 2021 you have FORTY EIGHT WEEKS to respond.
Even to the present day you continue to act in a manner suited to 'cowboy' organisations as I sent you emails last week and on January 16th but you only replied after I posted another review on TrustPilot.
If you wish to resolve this amicably I suggest you reply quicker commencing with a telephone conversation today by calling 07845 245 661.
