Staff are lazy
Staff are lazy, more interested in being on their phones on Snapchat. Even as I type this watching Keiran texting ignoring a member waiting to be helped. The PTs even when conducting sessions are on their phones as soon as clients backs are turned. Seb and Lizzie are the only staff that greet members or acknowledge them, or even pick up any cleaning equipment. The rest are unfriendly and unapproachable.
The gym itself is dirty and staff are disinterested, the only shining light is Seb and if he leaves the club will crumble
