we bought a ticket to Italy and back we went to change the ticket! we paid a lot for the exchange! when we saw it was a flight with a layover of 5 hours! We were cancelled, and we lost everything! We couldn't even get back with the old tickets and we didn't even receive our revolt money of £487 we reviewed £8 pounds back! when we saw it after 10 minutes we tried to contact them and they did nothing!

If you wish to change an active and unaffected flight reservation, it would be free of charge or with some cost depending on the type of ticket fare coverage that you decide to purchase when you are initially booking your itinerary with us.
Have in mind that before proceeding with the payment, we ask all of our customers to verify and double-check the convenience of all searched and selected flight connections, like in this case the connection timing on your layover, which you browsed and followed several confirmation steps.
With a flight non-canceled and unaffected by the airline, if you voluntarily cancel the reservation with the most economic fare of all, the refund conditions are not favorable especially with on low cost airline itineraries, as their refund options are limited when flights are unaffected.
