Cost…

For me they are too expensive A site I have used for years has nearly trebled since last year when Camper contact took over having had to pay for water at one site was another shock. Will never use again. I expect the money I have on my card will go to some rich shareholders

Tried to make a booking from Cherbourg…

Tried to make a booking from Cherbourg to Poole I was told waiting time was approximately 20 minutes I waited 15 minutes only to be told the same I waited a further 5 minutes only to be told the same I waited until the next day to be told the waiting time was approximately 10 minutes after along wait I did eventually get a response only to told that the price was higher than the price due to the fact that I should have booked earlier to get the screen price but as the screen was the same on the departure day is difficult to understand why I was charged extra

Poor restaurant

Visited Otter garden centre in Taunton for a midday meal, ordered 4 meals,the first 2 meals arrived only to be after they had started eating that the meals were meant for someone else but to continue,my brother continued but disappointed as dressing he ordered was missing.after a period of time the other 2 meals arrived my wife ordered cottage pie it appeared to have been dipped from a bucket no crust just a soggy mess,my meal was incorrect I was brought some sort of pie but I had ordered ham egg and chips ,my meal was so late I was eating alone as the rest of party had eaten a half a hour earlier.The only good point was the lady who served us

Booking

Booking was not easy. I booked on the 9th May for the 29th As I have no regular access to the Internet I was charged a further £10 for booking on the phone. It seams very unfair that elder people are victimised.

Poor food

Visited Starbucks at Street in Somerset.The food we had was absolutely tasteless and expensive A poor system of having to wait for your name to called to collect your order.We were there at approx mid-day to be joined by 4 other customers only.I can see why This is our last time we will use Starbucks

Price

It is the only time I have travelled with Brittany ferries for a long time due to the price.In the past l have used a competitive company as they offer a discount for the elderly

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the prices. To be able to secure our lowest fares we do recommend our customers to book in advance. We work with a live system and our prices can go up and down and the closer and busier the sailing is the more expensive it will be.

We do offer some discounts as we have some regular contracts with some agencies/companies such as AA or the English Heritage. I have passed on your feedback to our internal system for further developments to our services.

Poor service

I booked a. Crossing from Dunkirk to Dover paying extra allowing me to change the date free of charge. When I did change the date on line I had a reply stating that they would confirm with the ferry company. That was the last I heard I had to pay £20 plus at the port. You cannot talk to anyone or Email Never use them again
