My kind son ordered flowers and chocolates for Mother's day for me. They arrived a day late and the chocolates were missing. The top of the box had been cut off, the courier even commented on it. 2 stars because the flowers were lovely despite the obvious theft. My son immediately contacted eflorists but a week on, still no response from them. Cannot recommend this company.

Lovely pattern, it's just the quality of the cotton and particularly the collar that's disappointing. Needs more interfacing so it's stiff enough to sit properly.

We think Colco are a great company, they never let us down and nothing is too much trouble. We have an outdoor oil-fired boiler which had to be serviced in the pouring rain yesterday, no complaints!

Excellent and speedy service and lovely clothes, always beautifully made in wonderful colours and styles but I do find the Aspiga sizing a bit off? Generally smaller than other brands so I often have to go up a size or 2 which is a bit disappointing!

Beautiful cotton shirt and excellent quality, only downside is, as always, slightly tight across the bust & back yet a bigger size is too big and too wide on the shoulders.

Entertaining, informative and interesting, a very good double act by the 2 trainers who were both ex DVSA. A mix of PDIs and ADIs (curious to know the balance of each). Good to meet other instructors too and I would certainly book again.

Easier to switch tariff than buy a rail ticket! Very clear and concise explanations of tariffs, I've been with Octopus for about 12 years now and can highly recommend. Shame about the high daily standing charges which all energy companies must work to reduce.

Appalling. Don't touch Ella Rose Mode UK with a bargepole, definitely a scam under Trades Description Act 2011, making false and misleading statements about their goods which are of a very inferior quality. Bought from their own website, not on social media, the jumper was absolute rubbish, cheap and nasty polyester fabric, described as feeling "like cashmere" and the sizing is ridiculous. Now to see if they live up to their promise to refund in full except strangely, there is no phone number or return address anywhere to be found. Doesn't appear to be registered with Companies House either. Website created 2025 so already having a "closing down" sale in February??? Update - total silence, 3 weeks on, not a squeak.

Just so efficient and such a great team!

Lovely soft wool and despite following the size guide, I managed to go down a size thanks to the little bit of elastication at the sides in the waistband for a very comfortable fit. At 5'4", the longer length suited me better.

Good choice, speedy delivery and well priced, just a tiny bit long for 5'5" but I'd still buy again.

Good choice of colours and happy to find an all cotton jumper too (a V neck in the same style would be brilliant please??!). If the jumper was 2" longer, it would be perfect and the rose pink is really more of a rhubarb fool colour and less pink but I like it and may come back for another!

I think Boden have completely lost their way when it comes to sizing. I am a 64 yr old, curvy size 16-18, mostly a 16. A Boden size 16 shirt is a totally different fitting from a Boden size 16 dress for example (sometimes I have to go up to a 20 in a dress, yet a 16 in a shirt). Why do manufacturers just go wider side to side as sizes go up, and not allow for bust (and tummy) to the front? Just means we have sagging shoulders and a gaping cleavage! Just returned a size 16 cotton shirt, this one's far too big, what's going on?!

We moved house in November to find leaking manifold pipes for the underfloor heating, a leaking and overpressurised boiler, a solar thermal water heating system with very low glycol and no pressure at all. Colin and John were fantastic, they could not have been more helpful and our huge thanks go to David and all his team for fitting us in at this very busy time of year. Furthermore they followed up their visit with a phone call 10 days later to check that all was well before sending their invoice. We highly recommend Colco and will definitely use them again.
