My order was partly delayed by the designer and I reached out to Avinash who was amazing - he sorted my issues promptly and credited my account and picked up the balance order with no charges to me. I have been a Pernia customer for the last 8 years and their service is always exceptional!

Excellent customer service. I purchased an outfit which was shipped to London since I live there. I needed it altered and I was coming to India. The customer service person, Riddhi Nagda arranged a pickup and got it altered and delivered back to me within 2 days.
Really impressed by their service level ! This is the only reason I continue to buy online at Pernia’s and will continue to do so!

I have no idea if this website is legit or a scam. I have placed an order a week back and when I call, the phone line goes on a musical hold for eternity. The chat contact is bugged and even their app once downloaded, states there’s some maintenance.
I have emailed them repeatedly but not heard from them. Pls avoid.

I have been a regular buyer at Pernia’s. They have great collection and excellent customer service. Just recently I had to work through a return and alteration and one of their customer service agents, Ganesh THAKUR, was extremely prompt and efficient and helped resolve my issues with ease. I have always found the after sales service exceptional at Pernia’s!
