Did not send tickets on time
We bought tickets to Ferrari World in Abu-Dhabi one day before visit. We tried to activate vouchers before visit, however the company did not reply during the whole day. We had to buy new tickets at the place. The company did not explain the delay. The refound was sent only in a week after tons of emails from my side.
