Awful after sales and customer service

Awful after sales and customer service.
I purchase an adjustable back stretcher to help my rehabilitation after back surgery. I have used the product no more than 10 times when it snapped and is now unusable. I am a man of 75 kg. At this weight the product should not have failed. I contacted customer support to organise a replacement and they dismissed my claim. They stated as the product was two years old it was not covered under their warranty. A rubbish product from a rubbish company. Do not buy and waste your money.

This has to be the worst customer…

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a formal complaint about the clarity of the screen on the Coros Pace 3 watch. I was given a case number. [COROS Wearables Help Center- #270242] Re: Pace 3 poor screen resolution and visibility.

I had a promise they would resolve my issue, 5 days have passed and I have still not had a response to my complaint.

For a reputable brand the customer service is non existent. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, I would highly recommend NOT to buy Coros products as there will be zero aftersales service.

We understand your frustration about the Memory-in-Pixel screen as it can appear dimmer in cloudy/indoor environments as we have discussed with you via support channels. In January, it appears we offered the opportunity to upgrade to our PACE Pro with an AMOLED screen via support which is a better product fit for what it sounds like you may need for your sport use-case.

This is something that happens across all brands with Memory-in-Pixel screens as it is a factor of the technology itself, whether that be Garmin, COROS, Suunto, or others. We will have the customer support team reach back out if you would like to return the watch as it seems to be the PACE 3 isn't the best fit for you and we do not want anyone to be "stuck" with a COROS product which is not fully serving their sport use. Again our apologies that the PACE 3 MIP screen is not up to your expectations!

Coros pace 3 has the worst screen…

Coros pace 3 has the worst screen brightness and screen resolution than all other sports watches. When I made a formal complaint to customer services as the watch was only a few months old, I was told the watch screen is best viewed in direct sunlight?? What shabby company designs and produces a watch that only performs in direct sunlight? As I live in the UK sunshine is very few and far between. I was shocked and very disappointed with Coros customer support and service. I would highly recommend NOT buying the Pace 3 as there are much better watches on the market. It’s a pity I totally wasted my money on this very substandard product. Avoid at all costs.

We apologize to hear that the PACE 3 screen has not been meeting your expectations. It is true that the PACE 3 has a memory-in-pixel screen which is designed to be most visible when using outdoors in sunlight. This is common among many sports watch brands as the technology is both to ensure you have clear readability in the outdoors and also to provide low power consumption so you don't have to charge your watch as frequently. Meanwhile, we also have our PACE Pro watch with an AMOLED screen which would better serve the needs of indoor and cloudy use to appear brighter in these environments. With primary line turned off as in Asia still getting charged for incoming calls and text messages. Shocking service from a very poor service provider.

Tesco mobile has very poor customer…

Tesco mobile has very poor customer service. I phone 12 pro camera broken phone is out of warranty but under the consumer right act I can legally claim for a repair or replacement. Tesco declined any liabilities and sent me away.
