This is a truly awful company, like a sheep in wolves clothing.
Don’t be fooled by the bright colours and the promise of next day delivery because you will be disappointed.
SAVE YouR time, energy and money and pay a little Extra to a more reputable company.
Not only will party pieces ruin your occasion, they will also try to get away with not providing a refund for the catastrophic failure to deliver the product that you have paid for.
DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, AS YOU WILL BE BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED.
My 3yr old balled her eyes out as they failed to deliver her balloon and banner, truly disgraceful company.

Love these cord dungarees, they feel so soft and kids clearly enjoy wearing them. We will be back for more ☺️

I’ve had a few items from TP now, and all very impressive. Recently had an issue with an item we ordered for our one years olds birthday but Bea at TP rose to the challenge and arranged a collection of the item and had a new one delivered within 48 hours. Customer service at TP has been consistently good and I would recommend to all. Most of all they have the most amazing wooden toys at reasonable prices, my kids totally love them. Thanks again TP!!

Popped in the store today with the babies and was served by Richard.
He was attentive and patient and ensured we satisfied with our purchases. Great shop staff, really nice store.

Great call with customer agent Debbie this morning. She patiently went through my queries, providing a satisfactory resolution and dealing with matters I hadn’t even raised.
They should make all agents like her.
