I had my policy for renewal in mid april 2026. Contacted the team via chat to offer a cheaper price as i was being offered cheaper when applying for new quote.
Lee was very helpful in not only offering me cheaper than the quotes i was getting online, but also helped me correct some of my mileage details which were inaccurate in current policy.
Thanks Lee for you quick responses even on a Saturday. I was able to sort this out within 30 minutes.
My cover is Marshmellow original comprehensive with business class 1 included.

Was told on the day of delivery that my mattress will deliver this evening (pretty out of hours). Had no option to delay it as it was already out (as per them). No intimation of likely delivery a day before!
They left the mattress outside and I Had to ask someone to push it over the rear wall into the lawn. They almost ended up hurting their back and knee in the process.
Online chat was useless! No response after asking for help in this regard throughout the day!
I hope I never encounter them again.
