Warranty that is honoured without quibble

I have had a meaco arete one 25l for just over 2 years - its brilliant however it recently developed a fault where the display stopped working and stopped working. PCB fault.

I contacted meaco via their site, and i was contacted within 48 hour and advised i would receive a box via DPD as i threw my original out and a few days later they would be back to pick it up.
It was sent off and within 3 days its back from repair and it seems to be working perfectly. We have a lot of electronics and its shocking how often we have breakdowns and its rare to have product support without jumping through hoops so while i have had a fault (and googling it it seems common) they have sorted the issue with minimal effort from me other than printing off a message and boxing the item. I will always prefer to spend extra with a company knowing that they back their product and in this case i felt compelled to give a 5 star review, the product is good , the support is good cant ask for anymore.

It’s great to hear the unit’s been performing well overall, and even better that the support process was smooth and hassle-free. That kind of turnaround and aftercare definitely makes a difference, especially when issues do come up.

Going round in circles - faulty handset

Faulty phone handset under 30 days old - Currys who manage the handsets it seems were unable to replace the handset as they advise the systems have been down for 3 weeks and we need to travel 40 mins one way to another store or speak with ID mobile direct. We contacted ID mobile and after 2 hours with online chat we have been told to contact Mobiles.co.uk despite us upgrading the handset via the ID Mobile app and all emails and conformation coming from ID Mobile and the handset from currys - ID mobiles partner.. fobbed off?
