Not my shipper anymore

Subject: Paid for Priority Overnight, got zero priority and zero communication.
I am beyond frustrated with FedEx. I paid a premium for Priority Overnight delivery because I had a time-sensitive package that absolutely needed to arrive the next day. Not only did it fail to arrive on time, but FedEx provided zero communication regarding the delay.
There were no alerts, no updated delivery windows, and the tracking information remained stuck on "out for delivery" or "pending" with no real-world updates. It is completely unacceptable to charge customers for a high-tier, "guaranteed" service and then go silent when those commitments aren't met. To make matters worse, trying to reach a human through their Customer Support is nearly impossible; you are trapped in an endless loop with a virtual assistant that has no actual information.
If you have an urgent delivery, do yourself a favor and use a different carrier. FedEx has become completely unreliable, and they clearly do not value their customers' time or the extra money we pay for "priority" shipping

"I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Morgan & Morgan. What they promise in their advertisements is the complete opposite of the service I received.
The communication from this firm is non-existent. I was constantly left in the dark, and getting a simple status update felt impossible. There is a palpable sense of apathy from the staff and attorneys; I felt like just another number in a massive system rather than a client they actually cared about.
The process has been incredibly slow and inefficient. Most frustratingly, the settlement they presented was completely unjustified and unacceptable. It did not reflect the reality of my situation or the damages I suffered. It felt like they wanted to take the quickest, easiest path to close the case rather than fighting for what I actually deserved.
If you are looking for an attorney who is responsive, efficient, and willing to work for a fair outcome, look elsewhere. My experience here was a total waste of time."

I am ordered in the past and purchased…

I ordered in the past and purchased a Rolex watch and after some confusion on the shipping paid for next day. I finally got it 2 days later.

Needless to say, I went back and bought another Rolex watch spending in excess of about $16,000 and 3 days later they still didn't ship. They claimed they had to get some approval process, when I already paid for it and they had the money. After careful consideration and some frustration, I canceled the order and I stayed on top of it and was given a full refund.

I may or may not go back to this company again because primarily there's really not any deals on the rolex's. I had to pay about $2,000 over the retail but you can't find them in the Rolex stores. Having said that, I will rate them with a two star and perhaps in the future maybe I'll give them another chance to prove me wrong.

Until then, I have some wise words for them. It's absolutely Paramount that you take care of your customers or you will lose them.

Subject: Disappointing Consultation Experience - Lack of Punctuality
Here is a negative review regarding West Shore Windows being late for a consultation:
The window consultation with West Shore Home was unsatisfactory. The consultant was late, which was not communicated beforehand. This lack of punctuality is unprofessional and shows a lack of consideration for the customer's time.
The late arrival created a negative impression of the interaction. Although delays can happen, proper communication is essential, especially for in-home visits. This raises concerns about the company's organization and dedication to timely service. Based on this experience, recommending West Shore Home for their window consultations is difficult.
