Subject: Paid for Priority Overnight, got zero priority and zero communication.
I am beyond frustrated with FedEx. I paid a premium for Priority Overnight delivery because I had a time-sensitive package that absolutely needed to arrive the next day. Not only did it fail to arrive on time, but FedEx provided zero communication regarding the delay.
There were no alerts, no updated delivery windows, and the tracking information remained stuck on "out for delivery" or "pending" with no real-world updates. It is completely unacceptable to charge customers for a high-tier, "guaranteed" service and then go silent when those commitments aren't met. To make matters worse, trying to reach a human through their Customer Support is nearly impossible; you are trapped in an endless loop with a virtual assistant that has no actual information.
If you have an urgent delivery, do yourself a favor and use a different carrier. FedEx has become completely unreliable, and they clearly do not value their customers' time or the extra money we pay for "priority" shipping
